The young lady at the front didn't seem like she had enough training yet or customer service ability. Sort of slow and not very knowledgeable or friendly. I ordered a hot latte, Vietnamese ice coffee and a matcha latte. At no point during ordering did they tell me they didn't have the right cups or lids for a hot drink so I got a hot drink in a soda cup which tasted super weird and had no lid. But it was too late as it was given to me that way. I think those cups are waxed so they don't leak so putting hot espresso in it made it taste weird. Also, the milk seemed really watery. I love Teapresso! They have so many options and some of them are so pretty and also unique. This Teapresso is near the Leeward Drive-in. My usual go-to is the black sugar milk tea. It's so flavorful and has a different taste than the regular milk tea. I usually get the ube one awhile back at their town location, so was a little bummed when they didn't have it. We went on a Sunday afternoon and managed to find a parking stall. The parking lot seemed a little busy, but I'm not sure what also goes on in the shopping center. Inside the store, they also have little cute trinkets and key chains. Overall, if you're in the area and looking for milk tea, Teapresso is the place to go! read more

I'm sad to write this because I actually love this location. But this is the 2nd time something like this has happened with the same person! My kids and I haven't ordered yet and while I was contemplating on what I want, they were looking at all the little toys they have in there. Not all Teapressos are equal! The last two visits within the past year (more out of convenience) didn't really stand out to me. I'd only visit this Teapresso if I wanted a dessert drink after eating Thelma's Filipino food. I remember visiting this Teapresso during their first month about seven years ago, and I was excited. Since then, I've tried other mom and pop boba shops and other Teapresso locations, and the Waipahu Teapresso doesn't compare. I still enjoy the Ewa Beach/Ho'opili and Waialae locations more for their drinks AND boba texture. The last time I had boba here, the boba was HARD, but the mango kumquat tea drink was still good. Not great for a $7 boba drink. I decided to cook the boba longer. I don't like writing these reviews anymore, but I'm hoping this will help them improve the quality of their products, especially since Waipahu doesn't offer many options for legit boba... Also, watch out for their loosely swinging door which could hit you from behind lol. I always order the green tea haupia milk tea from other locations, and it's been my fav and always recommended to others. My other half went to this location and when he brought it, it was super dark; and when I drank it I started coughing really bad, the green tea was super potent like not even drinkable or diluted. I tried called them 5x for a refund on my other half's card and they don't answer their phone. I even tried to see if it was possible for the other location to exchange or something but even they mentioned how dark it is. i love matcha, and still would of drank it even as a regular matcha but it was soo potent like not diluted, it's not drinkable. They have wifi, a/c, and plenty of seating and tables. The staff are nice. And FAST! Parking seems a little tight, but this is mid day Saturday...it may not be the case at other times or days. However, I see they have loads of delivery options (DoorDash, Grubhub & Bitesquad), so never fear....you can get your tea, coffee, or ice cold slushy delivered to your door!!! (Yay). While milk tea is traditionally non-dairy...a lot of places use non dairy creamer, which is not the healthiest and also super high in sugar....SO I was excited to find out they have multiple ORGANIC non-dairy milk options - almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, & soy milk. Wonderful service in a very clean space. Very cute decorations are up for Halloween right now. Their selection is ginormous!!! They have fraps, bubble teas, smoothies, and more. The flavors are too many to count. I was very impressed. The workers are very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Absolutely love the vibe here. You can tell they love their jobs. This by far is the worst teapresso location on the island. I tried to give location a chance, but each time I went back there was always some type of improvement needed. Overall, It is still a good place to get your milk tea fix. They have the same drinks available as the other locations. Things to know: Parking is FREE but it gets crowded on the busy afternoons or weekends. This location has the best seating and space. It's a lot more roomy than the other locations I love that teapresso has options galore! You can choose different types of teas or milk and even toppings. Love the variety What I find a little heartbreaking (Because I LOVE most of the Teapresso locations) -Customer service is spotty. One day I could have an awesome drink and great service. On another day, there is nobody at the counter because they are all sitting and chatting. What in the world!? -Drinks are not consistent. I could order my regular milk tea and the next day it will taste different. It's like some staff love to add more sugar than others. OR some staff didn't listen to the order and winged it. Whatever it is, my orders always have at least 1 drink incorrect. I still Love teapresso, but this location needs some work. Work on getting the drinks to taste consistently the same. Nobody should be making drinks differently. Also work on how the staff treat customers and how they are when customers are present. Nobody should be sitting and chatting while at work especially when there is a paying customer at the register. I get that many may be students, but all the other locations have young employees too. This is the third Teapresso location I've been to so far. Along with this location I've visited the Kapolei and Pearl Highland shops too. This is my favorite so far. It's spacious, and there are two cute walls painted with a nice backdrop for photos. Very trendy. At the register there was a carafe with their Teapresso milk tea to sample. All the way in the back there's a little picnic table for the littles. The tables are clean. The floors are marked to direct the line to the register. The workers are nice and make sure drinks are made in a timely manner. The tea... literally. MAARRY, let's spill the tea. So far every visit I've tried something new and all were very yum. I normally order my milk tea with 0-25% sugar and it's no different here. I love how the tea flavor is very prominent. Other tea shops will be more milk and sugar than anything. I especially love the add-in selection. It might not be the same at every location but I thought the crystal boba were great. As far as I know, Teapresso is known for their seafoam topping. It's different, salty and creamy... something you'll have to try for yourself. The con that could be improved is the lack of size variety. Most tea shops have kept up with the demand for MORE BOBA TEA! It's time to step up you ounce game and bring on the bombucha size boba cups! The con that can't be improved, parking. Boy the pot holes in this parking lot are massive! My pup could disappear in one of those... This place was conveniently located a few doors down from where we had lunch and I always need a coffee for the drive back, so I decided to give it a shot! However, now that I'm getting older and can't really enjoy the same drinks as I did in the past, I had to start looking for places that suited my health change. Surprisingly, I came across this location while we were making our drive out to Aulani in Ko'Olina. We showed up around 10:30 AM on Friday, August 9th, and luckily they were open pretty early for a tea spot. I got the avocado smoothie, which I really enjoyed. I like mine with less ice since I prefer to have some avocado chunks versus it being completely smooth. I ordered the lava flow for my daughter since they use real pineapple & strawberries, which she drank about 50% of. My niece and I both thought the drink was good so we didn't mind helping her out after we finished our drinks. My niece got the Hibiscus Blend, which she said was good. She even mentioned that it was still good after all the ice melted. I got my son the brown sugar boba, which he said was just ok. Finally got to check this boba place out. I've been wanting to since it opened. Parking may be a little difficult but it's good because it's in a convenient spot! Whether you're doing your laundry at the laundromat, or if you want to add to your meal you got to go from many of the restaurants around. When we first went in staff were friendly and greeted us. There were a few kids in there. But after a mob of kids walked in and sat at our table that my friend had already put her bag on. The place is really nice inside and clean. They decorated for the holidays so it's really cute. They had samples on the side so I tried their milk tea, and it was so yummy I got it! My partner got the green tea kit kat. Both drinks were so yummy! Our friend had already been there so she got the watermelon peach tea. One of my favorite things I look forward to is the tapioca in the drink. So I was impressed with their tapioca because it was just right. It complimented my tea so well, I drank it way too fast.
