Best quality boba in Sonoma County so far. You can't really go wrong with their menu. The strawberry matcha has got to be my favorite.

First time coming here, and the service was great. The staff greeted me right when I walked in, which I appreciated. I used the self-service touchscreen to order, but a staff member checked in to make sure I didn't have any questions, which was very thoughtful. The place itself is spacious, clean, and bright. The menu is simple and easy to understand, and I like that you can build your own drink. I ordered a classic milk tea with coffee jelly, 25% sugar, and less ice. Unfortunately, the drink was about a 4/10 for me. It didn't have much tea flavor and tasted pretty watery. I was hoping for a stronger tea taste, and even at 25% sugar, it was still quite sweet. That said, the service really stood out. I asked them to double-check the sugar level because it tasted so sweet, and they kindly offered to add more tea to my drink. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Overall, unless I'm really craving tea with boba or toppings, I'm not sure if I would come back, but the service is definitely a 10/10. read more

Quality/Quantity - My daughter got a new drink. She tried a strawberry colada smoothie for the first time. She usually gets a jasmine milk tea, but wanted to try something different. She said it was good. Not sure if she would order it again, but it was enjoyable. Ambiance - Small location, well I guess fairly large for a drink place. Some tables and chairs are available inside. I ordered the Matcha Royale thinking it came with the strawberry purée at the bottom (my mistake).The photo on the menu gave me the impression it came with the strawberry so when I received my drink, it didn't have it. The employee was nice and remade my beverage but I would like to recommend that the establishment brings up the difference in the additive(s) or clarify if they would like the strawberry purée in the drink. The store didn't seem to offer napkins at pick-up, which I liked about the location in Windsor. My remade drink was made within seconds, I understand the rush because there were other people in line and only one employee. Been coming here and tried a few but my favs are the silky strawberry, caramel cream, and silky mango. Oat milk 100% tastes so yummy! Given that she is a Boba connoisseur, having tried almost all of the Boba in Sonoma County this hands down exceeds her expectations. Flavor of the Taro was not too sweet, and beautiful aroma. Boba cooked to perfection, not too gooey or starchy. Celeste was nice and patient since it was our first visit. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Space was clean and simply decorated. I'm so glad they opened another boba shop here. I've gone to Teaspoon 3 times already, and it hasn't disappointed. The owner is super nice, and is always willing to give me suggestions. Everything looks so good it's hard to choose. When you come in, the menu is on the wall, and I like how it's huge and comes with pictures. What's great is you can customize the sweetness and ice level. I love having this option! So far I've tried the dirty ube (so happy we have an ube drink around here!), guava sunset, and creamy jasmine. No complaints! I like my drinks just semi sweet- for the dirty ube I made no adjustments and it was perfect, not too sweet. For the guava sunset and creamy jasmine I did 70/80 (I can't remember what their percentage was) sweetness, and I would say the guava sunset was still a little too sweet for me. You guys have no idea how excited I am to have a new bubble tea shop in Santa Rosa! Let's face it, Santa Rosa has a lack of bubble tea, there are 4-5 locations and not memorable for me to keep going back to. Teaspoon, is a franchise bubble tea with a modern touch. This new location inside the Santa Rosa Marketplace is clean, plenty of seating and a friendly staff. I went to their soft opening yesterday afternoon. The menu has classics which is your milk teas and thai teas. The signatures which includes fruity drinks like guava, lychees, mango, strawberry, etc. The best part is...you can also create your own tea from selecting your teas, sweetness, cream and toppings. They also sell mini pastries. I opted for the Flamingo drink which was not on the printed menu since it was a special. It was watermelon mixed with passion fruit. Sweet, delicious, and refreshing for a hot 80 degrees day. My hubby got the Grasshopper which is filled with lychee green tea with fresh cucumber juice. We LOVED the taste of the drinks and loved that its not overly sweet. It was a perfect end to a long day at work. Looking forward to coming back and trying other flavors! read more

We did an online order which was very easy. Browsed the menu online, got what we wanted and submitted payment. It gave us a pick up ready time. The new establishment is next door to Sourdough & Co. Lots of parking but the plaza does get pretty busy. Upon arrival there was a line which I stood in since they didn't have a sign' for pick up or online orders. -no problem, order was ready for pick up. The clear windows brings a nice vibrancy into the new, clean atmosphere. There are seatings to enjoy your drinks, however the bathroom was out of order at this time. Employee and owners are neat. Good service. Onto the star of the show. The Boba drinks are the #BEST! ABSOLUTE BEST! Best in town! Best all around. I normally don't get bobas because my previous experience else where, so I'd get lychee fillings etc. BUT my kids love Boba so we got some in there drinks which of course I had to take a sip and try.... And OMG lol it's best. It's soft, sweet, chewey- just right. My little family feels the same. Finally tried Teaspoon this Sunday for their grand opening BOGO event. It's spacious inside with ample seating compared to other boba places. I ordered the Milk tea and Taro. It's served without boba though you can add toppings. I enjoyed the milk tea. It was legit. The Taro was okay. I like the filling they put inside, but the drink itself was kind of bland if I didn't suck up some of the filling with it. The service was good. They were busy, but still efficient timing. If only I can give zero stars.... I scheduled and ordered two tea travelers (via their website online) in advance hoping to pick it up the night before my event BUT when I went in to pick it up at the scheduled day/time, the order was NOT ready. In fact, the workers at the counter did not even know about my order even though I had a receipt/confirmation to prove it. I politely let them know that I ordered the items for pick up but they seem dismissive and completely clueless. One worker was like "I will try to make your order" but frantically asked the other how to make it even though it's a simple black milk tea and taro milk. Anyways, I had to wait at least 30 mins for my pick up order that I scheduled the night before because the workers felt it was more logical to make drinks for other customers there versus my pick up items. No apologies, no lack of urgency from them at all. I'm not sure if the manager was on duty or not, honestly, I couldn't tell who was who since both workers seem clueless and unapologetic. Quick side note, while I was there, one worker was making their OWN drink. I'm appalled at this establishment. I like teaspoon in SF and in Corte Madera but this location needs MORE training on customer service and on making the drinks on time! I really hope the owners see this review and change the way this location is run because it was a complete NIGHTMARE!
