The musical I went to watch was great but this review is for the venue itself. Great location only. Bad service and lack of attention of ticket sellers, the doors took an extra 30 minutes to open while the audience was cramped waiting in the hall with only 2 sofas and a badly organized and pricey coffee shop. When the doors finally opened, you could see how this once famous theatre had now become completely run down and neglected as 70% of the seats had no number tags on them, so people had to help each other find their own seats as the staff were not helpful or available. Also the chairs were very low so if anyone tall were to sit in front of you it would make it hard to enjoy the show. To add to my impression, the musical was interrupted after the 1st 15 minutes because the sound system was failing. Enough said. read more
