Went here because I was craving bao and soup dumplings, and wanted something that was budget friendly. The place is small near the PV Mall, and though we were one of two seated tables, there were maybe ten or so people that came in for pickup while we ate. The menu is comprehensive, covering lo mein and various beef and chicken dishes. It took a bit to decide because of all the options. That said, I ordered pok soup dumplings, bbq pork dumplings, fried chicken bao, mongolian beef, and chicken lo mein. I felt food itself was a mix of good and on par with any of the other "Chinese" take out restaurants in the Valley I have been to. The Mongolian beef was mostly onions with little beef, the lo mein was nothing to write home about, and the soup dumplings felt slightly unsatisfying. That said, the fried chicken bao and BBQ pork dumplings were really good, and I would go back for those. Given the lack of options in this category for the Valley, I would definitely make this a staple if I lived closer. The staff was friendly, and it was affordable. read more

I was really disappointed with the food here. I ordered the spicy chicken baos, and what I got was basically a chopped-up chicken strip that looked like it had been microwaved. There was nothing actually "spicy" about it--the only heat came from the chili sauce and some cucumbers thrown on top. The presentation was sloppy, and the overall taste was just not good. The bum was thick! The Thai tea, on the other hand, was solid--that's the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Honestly, I should've taken the hint from the name. So, Nicole H., wanted to eat lunch here as her choice as long as it had a patio, which it did--right in front. We ordered an assortment (based on what everyone wanted), with my choice as chicken Pad Thai, which was very good. The big pieces of chicken were hard to cut with the plastic forks we were given to eat with. I also had a bite of a beef dish that was good. I also ordered a mango fruit tea. It was good, although it had slices of lemons floating around. As I got to the bottom of the drink, it tasted more like lemonade rather than mango. I ordered this at 25% sugar, which for me was definitely enough sweet taste. FYI for anyone bringing a little one, this place doesn't have high chairs, and the tables are really just meant for four (some tables are for two). Teazona is a fast food sort of place to grab a quick lunch that wouldn't be out of place at a mall food court. I think they focus mainly on take-out and delivery orders, but they do have some inside and outside tables if you decide to order at the restaurant. The food is still provided in take-out containers, though, with plastic plates and forks, so be aware this isn't a bring-a-date sort of place. There's no high chairs, so might not be the best place to try to eat with a young family either. That said, soup dumplings were delicious (our 2 year old ate most of them). I didn't get a boba tea but some of the other people at our table were fans. If I went back, I would get the soup dumplings again and skip the pad thai and other noodle options; there's better options in the area for the same price. I was hoping this restaurant would be more dim sum style like the places down in Mesa, but Teazona definitely focuses more on quick take-out and not in-person dining. read more

Came in for some boba, they have a huge menu and lots to choose from! We decided to try their "stormy" cheese drinks. Don't let the cheese part off put you, it's kinda like cream cheese/whip cream. It's actually the best boba you'll find near this area. You can customize the sweetness and the amount of ice. They have different percentages to choose from! I got a bubble tea and some dumplings here. It's a cute shop sure. But I found it rather overpriced for the dumplings when you can go to dim sum regular and pay less. I had the soup dumplings which was 9.95 for six, 9.95 for six shu mai and I think like 8 for the har gow. The shu mai and har gow at regular dim sum would've cost maybe 5 dollars per plate. I also found the bubble tea a bit mediocre. In mesa there's a spot called tea snow which is delicious. With this one I didn't feel like I could taste the mango. I feel like smoothie to boba ratio was a bit too even. There should be more smoothie than boba. Taste of the dumplings was fine and everything was steaming hot. I liked how the shu mai was very meaty and its was like eating a meatball. I would also recommend ordering ahead since the dumplings took some time to get out. read more

They have a fairly extensive menu and really friendly, helpful staff behind the counter who were willing to talk me through different menu items. I will say that the pictures on the menu did not match what I actually received, but I still enjoyed my meal. I ordered the Singapore noodles and also a chicken noodle soup. The soup came out so hot. I could not eat it. That's a good thing! There were a lot of people getting takeout and I would suggest that as there is not a lot of ambience. They have a loudspeaker that shouts out online order. This experience was magical. Every bite was hot and fresh and SO flavorful. The orange chicken was our favorite! Crunchy hot chicken with a yummy sauce and a side of rice was perfect for our drizzling rainy afternoon. The Thai tea with brown sugar crystal boba was also really good (Note: the ice and sweetness levels are a combined option on the self order kiosk). I got my graduation party catered from here this past weekend and had an amazing experience. They were on time, the food was great and warm. The owner accommodated all our requests and gracefully handled any changes we made. They were great to communicate with. We also got boba catered and the guests loved it! We completely ran out! Right off the bat, this place was much smaller than we anticipated. There were maybe six or seven places to sit in this joint, and at least two other families were there when we arrived 6 on a Wednesday evening. This being said, the fact that they give you your food in to-go containers was greatly appreciated. We were worried we'd have to find another place to take our food and eat. Fortunately, we were able to slide a chair over from another table (there were three of us btw). There sure are a lot of reviews mentioning how wonderful the staff are, like a shocking amount actually. We had to wait a bit for someone to acknowledge us, which was okay for us since it was our first time and we were still deciding what to order. I asked what the difference between the regular smoothies and their stormy drinks, and my interaction with the cashier woman was nothing to write home about. She was nice, but I wouldn't go out of my way to praise her in a review. I'm mentioning this BECAUSE of all the ravin reviews about the workers. Anyway, once I found out what the stormy drinks were, I opted to go for a regular mango smoothie (with boba) and an order of the chicken & veggie bao buns. One of my friends got an order of taro bao buns, noodle soup, and a classic milk tea (with boba), and my other friend got an order of pork belly bao and milk tea (with boba). We all enjoyed our food. It was our first time trying not only bao buns, but taro bao as well. We thought everything was tasty and the bao dough was truly out of this world. The chicken and veggie filling in my bao was minimal, but it still had a nice flavor. The taro buns were super cute; the muted purple color was really cool to see. My only gripe about those bao was that I wish there was more filling. It was such a thin layer (same with my chicken & veggie bao) that I felt like I was eating mostly dough. Don't get me wrong, I'm a sucker for soft, fluffy dough that borders on undercooked, but I don't want to pay $8 for some balls of dough; give me the filling! While my friends liked their drinks, I did not like mine. I ordered the mango smoothie with boba (of course) and I loved the boba. It was soft and perfectly chewy, but the drink tasted like a bunch of stomped on, underripe cantaloupe (literally, as if mob of people with dirty feet trampled over some underripe cantaloupe). It certainly didn't taste like other mango smoothies I've had, and it saddened me. I couldn't even finish half of it, it was so unpleasant. I wish I had gotten a strawberry smoothie because strawberry is almost always the safest flavor if you're trying a new place. Another thing I want to note before I conclude - it took quite a while for both the food and the drinks to be served. There were two workers out front making the drinks and I have no idea how many in the back (if there even was anyone in the back), but I felt like we were sitting for a while before the first of the food items came out. I know there were obvious online orders as people were coming and going with food they had ordered online, but the service wasn't as quick as other places. I'd give this place a solid 3.5/5 because it was a good first bao experience, but I just wish my smoothie didn't taste like feet and underripe cantaloupe (when I ordered a MANGO smoothie). It sucks that most of their reviews are praising their drinks when that was my least favorite thing about this place. Oh well, if I make the trek over there again, I'll be sure to try a different flavor. read more

First and last time ordering from here. I door dashed tea and mushroom & vegetable bao buns. The tea was awful but that was the least of my concerns. The bao buns were so small and stuffed with spinach only. No other veggies, not a mushroom in sight. They tasted awful. DoorDash refused to refund me and told me to go through the restaurant. When I called Teazona to see if there was a mix up, the girl said she didn't know because she's never had the veggie bao. She said if I came in, they could check and remake it but if I could make it into the store, I wouldnt have door dashed to begin with. So this was all a lose lose for me. Pretty disappointed with one staff member in particular that was on shift today, the weird behavior I witnessed I found to be very off putting & unprofessional. The girl with the blonde hair asked me (a customer) to berate another one of her teammates for spilling a drink on accident, continuously laughed at her & made snotty comments AND then asked out loud if she was a bully/ the problem after I didn't join in to her little game. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.. a restaurant should be a place where people feel relaxed and welcome, not tense or distressed. I truly hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future. No one should feel humiliated or targeted in a public setting while others look on. I tried a bit of everything; the spicy garlic edamame, the veggie pad Thai, the custard bao, and some passion fruit tea (iced) with passion fruit popping boba. Fun fact - the tea was buy one get one today! Here's what I loved: the tea and the bao. Both are delicious, absolutely recommend. The edamame was good - VERY heavy on the garlic. So as you can see from the attached picture there are discounts offered by the Teasona on the menu sitting ON THEIR COUNTER by the register (with no dates listed) so we say great and order for our group over $55 only to be told at checkout that those discounts are EXPIRED. We were like not only are they sitting right there on your counter top but there are no expiration dates noted either. Listen it's only $10 but still a pretty low end move. Smarmy business practices should be outed as such, I think Teazona qualifies. I had bookmarked this spot and saw the sign while driving by, so I stopped in on an early weekend afternoon. It was clean and welcoming, and their menu offers a variety of options including food. I ordered a Thai milk tea and a classic milk tea, both with light ice and honey boba. The Thai tea was standard sweetened level but I got my milk tea with half the sugar. Prices seemed normal compared to other boba spots around, and I enjoyed my drink. The boba was good consistency, a little on the softer side but still chewy, and my drink was tasty. Wish they served the food, not in to-go containers with plastic utensils. Sometimes it's difficult to use that cutlery on this style of food. All in all a good spot. Don't trust a single review here. Food is pretty bad. Drinks are okay. But this place is definitely cheating for reviews (explained below). Dan Dan noodles were borderline inedible; they had a shampoo-like taste and no other flavor really. Egg rolls were cheap and burned. Bao was actually okay but kind of seemed frozen. Egg drop soup is good but that's always easy. Huge red flag is that this place is absolutely cheating for yelp reviews, giving away free food in exchange for a spinning wheel with food, drinks etc against the rules and is clearly how they're getting by with a 4 on here. Given that this is occuring before ordering, you are definitely helping them lie. Asked the girls at the front (who were trying their best and friendly) about several items on the menu and they couldn't even tell me what meat was in the noodles I was ordering, or what flavor it was. Turns out meatless. Lol. This place was overall just more terrible fast-asian with no heart and shady practices. Adorable Boba & modern Asian kitchen! Just moved to the area and went to Yelp to check out the yummy eat spots in the area, and lo and behold, Teazona popped up! I came for "linner" (that random timeframe between lunch and dinner), and there were only a few other customers, so Alina, the friendly young lady who greeted me assisted me with ordering something "with chicken and veggies".... I ended up with the Garlic Stir Fry with chicken and a side of veggie spring rolls. It was white meat chicken, not breaded, and it came with broccoli, zucchini and cabbage. The spring rolls were 2 to an order, and the meal also came with a side of steamed white rice. The stir fry was very flavorful, cooked fresh to order, and had the perfect amount of garlic! For a little over $17, the portion size could easily be split into 2 meals, so I would definitely consider it a great value! I am very excited to have found this hidden gem, and I will definitely be back! They also had these "Croffles", which are waffles made into various delicious looking desserts, so I hope to try those next time!!! read more
