Once Clerk #557 looked at my tire, he also let me know that my other tire was completely bald. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me find an affordable tire option, which I truly appreciated because getting a flat tire was definitely not in my current budget after already spending over $1,000 on repairs for my car recently. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from your team. My car was completed in a beautiful timeframe, so my wait was not long at all. As I was leaving, Clerk #557 actually stopped me before I drove off because he forgot to tell me they had found a lot of nails in my back tire -- he even had the nails in his hand to show me -- and let me know they fixed it. I don't think you understand how appreciative I was of that.
