Terrible experience with this company.
We took in a Meta Quest 3 VR headset to repair a cracked front motion sensor glass. The headset was powering on before repair, although tracking was not working correctly.
The company kept the headset for over a month and provided virtually no updates unless I contacted them myself. Communication throughout was poor, and I found the owner extremely rude and condescending during multiple conversations, often speaking over me and not allowing me to explain the issue.
When I collected the headset, I was told the repair had been completed, the device had been tested, and everything was working. We paid $180 and took it home, only to discover that the headset would no longer boot properly at all. It now shows the Meta logo briefly before shutting down completely.
When I contacted the owner about this, he became defensive and stated that I had "only asked him to fix the glass", despite previously assuring me that the headset had been checked and was working before collection.
I would not recommend this business based on our experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, and we were left with a device in worse condition than when it was dropped off. read more
