My lights were also left on, so my battery was dead when I went to pick up my car after hours and had to then pay for a tow truck to take me to get a new battery. Absolutely terrible customer service.

These guys play fast and loose on their pricing - a man named Mike came out and looked at my…read morewindows and said "I'll have to check, but it's about $50.00 per window pane". I gave him the thumbs up and then requested that another pane be replaced, thinking it was about $50. This guy turns out to be the owner and he so he clearly should have known the price. So He proceeds to remove the three panes and then calls and says the price is $100 per pane - double what I was suggested. Wow - I can see him being off by a few dollars, but being off by double. No way. This guy played me by saying "I'll have to check". If he didn't remember the exact price, he surely knew it was not double what he quoted. If you deal with this outfit, you better get it in writing before they touch your windows. They play games to beat you. They act real nice but that's bc they wanna double the price later on.
