I received a call from the The Parker Group Robo-Calling system. The Call itself was unsatisfactory in several aspects. Some of them are: - Silence on the call after I picked up. - More than 2 seconds for their auto-dialer to recognize a human was on the call. - Voice quality of the call was very poor. - Inability to interrupt the call after being answered. - Inability to place my number on the campaign's Do Not Call (DNC) List is disturbing to say the least. - A call back to the number shown as ANI (Caller ID), 1-866-496-8261, results in a "unable to complete your request " message with an immediate disconnection by the remote system. Avoid doing any business with the Parker Group Inc. for your political campaign. Their call quality and sleazy calling tactics will not present a good image for your political campaign. Due to the quality of the system used I would also suggest questioning your choice to elect Juan Raigoza to the office of Controller in San Mateo for the 2014 Primary elections. A poor choice for a business to advertise your campaign before the election does not bode well for running the office after the election is over..
