He worked very hard on her case and even though we had to move away because I had to change bases he continued to dedicate himself to her. He was able to secure her pain management treatments and several sizeable settlements for her injuries. He is an overall great guy and very trustworthy.

The defendants were not cooperative but my attorneys stuck with it. Then Covid hit. Mediation was then cancelled and delayed (mediation is required by law). Finally, mediation was scheduled via internet. This was actually as soon as it could be done. We met at their Columbia office and while mediation was a long process, the attorneys never gave up and supported me the entire time. I am very satisfied with their work and diligence in this case. I would recommend this firm to anyone, including my family. I would use them again too but I hope I never have that need again.

" The company has a new adjuster because the old one quit. And the new one want respond like the old one. Out of the 2 years i have spoken to Edward maybe 5 times. It was either his assistant (Arianna) who is extremely dismissive and 10% helpful. I have had to ask to speak to the manager at least 2 times. He was very condescending. They say they will call in 24/48hrs and never do. They claim they treat every case the same. I don't believe that. If this is a strategy of his, it sucks.

Ted is the guy you want to be fighting for you. I called him after seeing his response concerning wage theft at a local restaurant, knowing that it wasn't his specialty, but looking for council or a possible reference to somebody that could help me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, and did so out of the genuine goodness of his heart. He didn't benefit financially from the advice he gave me, but took a real interest in helping me with the advice I so much needed, who to go to, and what my next best steps were!
