I am on disability and after my Dad died money got very tight so not having a $300-$500 bill like my neighbors have has been a huge help. Its bad enough you stole from your dad a few years ago and now are reaping the benefits of his hard work. Yes, I know about what you did to your dad. Really? You are that greedy? He use to come in daily and tell me all about you and your pentecostal boyfriend or the husband with the pill addiction. Sad!" Incredible expertise, super friendly, and amazingly helpful…read more I had a malfunctioning system -- failed firmware update on primary battery disabled all batteries. My installer was unable to correct, in fact they actually made things worse than when they started. I searched and found Wright-Way's web site and found reviews complementing their work. So I called. Rudy worked remotely with EG4 to get my system working again. In one hour he accomplished more than my installer did over a week's worth of on site visits. Rudy actually undid the damage the prior installer had done. Next they are going to come onsite to complete the work by resurrecting my dead battery's firmware -- they actually have both experience and a device to address this very problem. These guys know what they are doing! The best solar guys I've ever worked with in over 17 years. I just wish I had found them much sooner.
