She ignored my statements that I had an appointment. I filed a review with the better business bureau, and got a call from another lady from this Tedford Doors. She was even more long winded, arrogant and aggressive. I could not get a word in edgewise. I did get my door fixed by another garage door repair company in Langford. He was quick, efficient, and very well priced.
