He actually made me feel very comfortable and confident in choosing him. I wanted to keep my dollars local and in my area and he is certainly not making me regret my choice. He is up front about what he can do. He is even incredibly honest on what I could do to save money and make my dollar stretch, what businessman does that?! He was also super accommodating to me needs, which he actually heard and paid attention to every single one. He promptly set up appointments for treatment and clean up of my overgrown area. Doing so much faster than I planned and checking one major thing off my list. If this is what he can do prior to a job, I can barely wait to see what his finished product will be like. Absolutely don't recommend. The owner is unprofessional and can't take any type of criticism of his…read morework. We've had our yard treated by him for 3+ years. On one occasion I watched the guy put a sign in our yard that it was treated and drove away with doing nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for them to come back. It was weeks and they didn't. I cancelled my check to pay him because he didn't do the work. He was furious. Spoke to me horribly and said they were going to come back but as I said, it had been weeks and no sign of them. This pic is after several years of treatment. For the first few years it looked good but this summer this happened and they have taken no ownership or offered any type of solution for our yard looking like this despite paying them to treat it. He also told us our yard was a mess when we moved in years ago (it wasn't) and he didn't even want to service it. So I guess if you have some weeds, don't call this company. They only want yards that are already weed free. Would you want your yard to look like this after paying a company to keep it looking nice? Moving on to a new company as we should have a long time ago..

So I requested the put down mulch, which they did. the workers are very nice and did a good job. However weeds started coming through almost right away so I talked with Glenn he said they would come and spray the weeds. This was last year. They never came. I called this year Glenn said he would send them out but they went to the wrong address. Glenn called that person but never called me to correct the mistake. I've called him a couple times he keeps saying they will come but don't. Glenn keeps giving me excuses and I finally told him to forget it I'll find someone else! I would not recommend Glenn for landscaping. The lawn cutting guys are fine and do a good job!

Finally, on Wednesday, I got a hold of them and we scheduled time to come out. They were here in HOURS and did more than I think I asked for. I just wanted a trim, they raked and edged and everything. And the price for two guys to do that was so good, I just can't believe it. I'm absolutely hiring them again. I couldn't possibly be happier. I'll add Before and After photos this evening when I have more time.

We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.
