We rented a bike for five days and didn't use it until we got to Italy. We noticed immediately that the back tire was warped. When we brought it back to Tegernsee bike and explained the problem, the owner said too bad, you should've checked it when you rented it. Expensive and poor service/customer service and blames everything on the customer. Manager or owner was arguing with one member of our party who happened to live in the area.
