Had the rib eye. Thin, not a lot of marbeling. BUT, one of the best steaks I have ever eaten…read more Friend brought from Monterrey,frozen and vacuum sealed. I live in San Diego and grilled it. Gas grill set at 500 degrees. Place in middle of grill not over the flames. Close cover. I seared both sides then let it cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Came out perfect. Better than any thing I get at Costco. Tender like a filet mignon and so much more flavor than the filet.
