When I dropped off my computer, I asked for a diagnostic to see what was wrong. After calling multiple times, and getting the response "forward progress has been made" and "we'll call you back before the end of the day" bs, it took a trip to the shop to confirm it. After having my computer for 10 days, it had been "on the table for the last 5 days or so". When I asked what they knew, he spit back everything I had told him when the computer was dropped off. As a result, they had to mail my computer off for a couple of weeks for more repairs. The way they informed me that they would have to mail the laptop in for further repairs was to call me up and ask, "What's your password?" with no explanation.
