Stay away from this company. I called on Monday because I was looking for the closest costumer…read moreservice location. The person that I spoke to was Alma Rodriguez. She lied to me and told me that I should do the contract with her to save time and that even if I went to the costumer service location I would still have to call (later I learned it's faster if you do the contract in their office) I asked how long it would take for them to install and again she lied and told me that it would get installed the next day around 9am and she would call us to give us the reference number to pay. Finally she called and said we should provide our credit card number to pay the installation because it would be faster than going to the bank. We provide her the number and didn't hear from her after that. We went to the store and they told us the payment didn't show up. We were told to pay in the store again since it looked like the payment didn't go through. Then we called the company and finally spoke to Alma again, she told me she would call me back while she checked the info. I told her I would rather stay on the phone and she gave us the installation date for 5 days later!!. The day before the installation they called to confirm the time of installation to be 9:45am. We waited 8 hours for them to show up!! Finally they showed up and told us that they had the right address but the cross streets were wrong as well as other info that Alma entered wrong. So they said they could NOT install it and we had to do the contract all over again!!!! And wait for a new installation date! Got so fed up with this company!!
