Very professional and friendly, and staff know pretty much everything about Telekom services (especially when compared to the Bonn city Telekom shop!). They get things done quickly and with a smile, and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. English speaking staff seem to always be on hand. Tip: duck into the lobby of the corporate office next door and grab a seat at the Starbucks - there's 3 hours free WiFi on the Telekom Hotspot! read more

Der T-Punkt im Telekom Forum an der Landgrabenstraße ist aus meiner Erfahrung sehr empfehlenswert bei Problemen und komplexe Anliegen rund um Telekom-Produkte. Im Rahmen meiner (nicht dort getätigten) T-Entertain-Bestellung hat sich der dortige Chef zweimal sehr kulant mir gegenüber verhalten und gezeigt, wie Telekom-Service abseits der konfusen Hotlines auch sein kann... Da der Shop allerdings hauptsächlich von Telekom-Mitarbeitern besucht wird, muss man damit rechnen, dass ein gewisses Grundwissen vorausgesetzt wird. read more
