I am still being charged and asked to pay this money hungry company. I received another email stating that their employees are misinformed and I will still get billed until Sep 22. NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE. I've been out of country since June 22. Avoid this place. They obviously discriminate against Americans and lie to you upfront saying you can cancel with PCS orders. They do not use orders to cancel. It's been hell trying to get always from them. Go on post, stay away from this place.

On April 1st I came to ask if they can cancel my April since they closed early due to staff sickness and short handed ness, and lady literally smiled at me and told me no and I'm stuck with May now.
