My friend called up to ask what happened and was told they ran out of time that day! Rather than offer us the next available time, we had to wait til Saturday. When my friend protested, they hung up the phone on her! But on Saturday, the technician did not arrive either. Again there was no notice, just a no show. After 2 missed appointments, I was not surprised when no technician arrived the following Wednesday, again there was no notice. So I went to work only to hear that the technician was late! My wife let him in and then they found wiring problems. It took 6 weeks and 3 missed appointments to figure this out? I'd suggest another ISP if you're looking to get up and running quickly. We initially contacted UnityMedia, who were helpful, but unfortunately our landlord was already locked into an exclusive deal with Telekom. Too bad.
