I had a larder bettle in my bag of crickets and when I asked if they would take them back (didn't want to get my gecko sick and I had only walked out to my car) manger told me that's how they come. My parter and I have both worked in the pet care industry, and that's not how it works. Larder beetles show up were things are nasty and moist. Shipments of feeders do NOT show up with them unless they are contaminated. If this kind of filth is normal to them I'm worry about what other kind of nasty things they thing is normal. The manager, I think her name was Ashley, also choose to demean me in front of other customers and with other staff members. I will not be shopping at this location again.

Many fish are being held in the same tanks that are not compatible. Be mindful of injury when you are looking, especially to the gouramis that are in with the mollies. Wow! What a refreshing drop-off appointment! My Yorkie, CoCo, has been a Banfield Wellness Plan…read moremember basically since birth (7 years) and this has been the most seamless drop-off ever! I've had some snafus at my Jacksonville, Florida clinic in the past, but Little Rock totally delivered! I checked in and the attendant asked me to weigh CoCo per usual, gave me the paperwork to fill out, and immediately called for CoCo to be picked up. I'd been sitting for roughly 50 seconds flat, when a tech came from the back to take CoCo. How awesome is that?! The longest part of the process was me filling out the short drop-off form! In 7 years, I've never experienced Banfield service this efficient. They had 2 attendants working the front desk, and a "runner" in the back to pick up pets as they checked in for their appointments. If I was rushing off to work, they would have totally set me up for a WIN and that's the true beauty of Banfield drop-off appointments done right! Thanks for being well staffed and awesome BF-LR! Our dog is shy, but the girls working tried to coax her out of her shell a bit. I LOVED the dog treats we gave her. I bought a frosted cookie (so cute, bu the way) and they threw in a few samples of other treats. What wowed me about those is everything on the ingredients list can be found in any kitchen in America. I recently started following them on facebook, and they make the most amazing puppy cakes EVER. They also sell pupcakes & baby cakes (mini cupcakes) in store. I can't wait to take my puppy there again . Hopefully she'll be a little more social next time =)

We came in here one afternoon with our basket case of a dog, and she promptly lost her little puppy mind (politely, of course) - the selection of leashes, toys, costumes, dog beds, and treats of all sorts. But, the real test of any dog shop is the staff and other patrons, and there's where Just Dogs! really stood out. The ladies at the counter were cheerful, super fun, and both friendly and respectful about everyone's best friend in the shop.
