I definitely recommend booking with this company for a first time renter like us of a storage unit. There was a big free dolly included as well to help us with moving our washer and dryer from the truck to our space. 5 stars to this place all around especially to the staff managing this company. Top reasons for Climastor: -LA its hot and humid and believe me, I have worked hours in my unit and felt comfortable! -Clean restrooms! -Very nice staff. I have on average +150 items personally and neatly placed in my storage unit by the excellent staff: Ranging from +40 lbs boxes, small parcels, personal envelopes, FedEx, UPS, USPS, you name it and they have placed it in my storage unit without a single problem. -Onsite dumpster! Anyone who moves will appreciate this. -Overhead coverage to entrance. I have loaded and unloaded my van hundreds of times in the rain and be happy and dry because of the massive overhead coverage. -Lastly, Safe! I have accessed my unit from the first minute at 7AM and been there till at closing and felt safe loading and unload my materials. I moved out of state and otherwise would've kept my unit with Climastor for future years to come.

She told us no worries that if we could not make it we could drop it off Monday and not charge us. We did make it back in time but it was very nice of her to tell us this. Which it did. We took it back to our apartment and loaded half of the van. Took a break and came back, took our moving wagon out and there were roaches crawling in them. We shook it out and 3 fell out. Opened the back doors and saw one crawling on the tv box. We had to take out the tv box and remove the contents inside to make sure there weren't any inside. Another was crawling around on the bookshelf. It was so disappointing and disgusting.
