I love the seating! Tuesdays are great & help those on a fixed income! This place offers great entertainment.

I was skeptical coming here due to the low reviews but figured we would give it a try. We went to the 11:30am showing of Gladiator 2. We got a large popcorn to share. It was 7 bucks. I payed close attention to everything. Everything I seen was super clean!! Popcorn was delicious. They even sell adult beverages. The seats were super comfy. The screen was huge! Bathrooms were clean. I actually got cold watching the movie! Someone must have stepped up their game. Cause we had a fantastic experience. We will return!!! read more

Ordered a pizza and asked the worker who was barely even paying attention to us while ordering if he was gonna bring it down to us like usual and he said he would, an hour goes by and I have to go back up there and miss a whole chunk of the movie because he didn't even ring it up and then claimed that we never ordered one so it wouldn't look bad on him. I hope management is seeing this as he should definitely be fired after that as I also had to stand there and wait 20 minutes for him to make the pizza and missed about 35 minutes of the whole movie. read more

Went to see the conjuring. It was dead (lol) tonight but the staff were great, the bathrooms were immaculate. We wanted to order several hotdogs and they put them on fresh for us because there was just one. It was a good experience. read more

First time here, extremely dirty. Bathrooms were smelly, popcorn everywhere. If ordering alcohol I suggest getting something simple, the mixing counter and containers were extremely unclean and bartender was inexperienced. There were workers everywhere but service was slow and unorganized. I recommend skipping. read more

Usual gripes out of the way: Food is over priced and theater is never as clean as you hope. Blah blah...we all know the basic bad things we hate about theaters. But this one now has booze. So that's good if you want a beer with your movie. This one has recliner seats and little tables for your stuff. This one will let you buy tickets online and choose which seats you want. We do that because I'm not gonna get to the theater and find (if it's a full house) the only 2 seats are not together. Plus you can just walk in and scan your phone and get your tickets. No lines. I will not complain about the sound. They have invested heavily in a surround sound experience. I appreciate that. It's nice to be back at the movies again and this is a nice place to go. read more

Two stars since the seats were pretty comfortable and sound was good. They seriously need to crank up their air conditioner. I went to see Renfield today and found it very hard to enjoy the movie because I was so uncomfortable from sweating. The nachos were terrible and the Dr. Pepper tasted watered down. The picture wasn't very clear and there was something splattered on the bottom of the screen. Some kid probably threw a soda or something. I was three rows up from the screen and I had to look too far up to see the movie. I thought being in the middle would be good placement but I'd have rather sat in the back. I would have still given four stars if it wasn't so dang hot in there. TURN UP YOUR AIR CONDITIONER! read more

I almost gave only 3 stars.. but, I'll add the 4th. This is basically your typical theater.. normal concession.. normally cleanliness.. normal prices.. normal movie quality... but the 4th star comes because of the seats! Instead of your standard theater quality seats, you get a lazy boy recliner style chair with a swivel tray for your snacks! Theres a button on the side of each to mechanically lean back and kick out a foot rest! I thought the bistro cinema at sunland park in El Paso was comfy, but these seats top that! A 5th star would be warranted if they served more than just your typical concession foods and maybe throw in some alcohol.. but I'll leave it at 4 for now. read more

What the heck. I spend a month in Las Cruces each winter. Since theaters have been open again we enjoyed $5 Tuesdays at this show. Today was my first time back and holy cow what a mess. The bathrooms were a disgrace. I heard a woman ask another --got any toilet paper? The other woman said --there isn't any in here either--I guess we drip dry. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon I should add. The theatre my show was at was an awful mess. Not a kids show--a rom-com for crying out loud. One worker did a pretty good job cleaning it up but geez. Is it cause they're serving alcohol? It's a mystery. Enough for me.? read more

I love this movie theater! I always go on $5 Tuesdays, which is crowded so get there early for new releases or it will be sold out. The theater has really comfy reclining chairs that you can partially lay back and put your feet up on. It's always clean and the people working here are very nice. This is always my first choice above the theater in the mall read more

This small multiplex theater have a dozen movie screens and plenty of parking. I like the desk and cup holders. Plenty of walking space when getting up from the comfortable seat. read more

It might have been great 20 years ago but no so much anymore. It's frayed around the edges, outdated decor, the website really needs a new look. Perhaps they can hire the web designer that set up AMC's website to get you excited to come see a movie. Although they say they have 12 theaters, they don't show 12 movies. Recliners are smaller and too close together, but better than regular seating. Popcorn could be better, it's definitely a lower grade and pricey. The employees shine though, always nice, always helpful. It's convenient if you want to get out of the house but don't want to travel to El Paso, but these theaters just don't create that thrill of "going to the movies". If an AMC ever builds in Las Cruces, Telshore Cinemas and Cineport at the mall will go out of business instantly. read more

First time at this theater and first time going to a theater where I had to pick a seat in advance. I was wondering why everyone else wasn't going to the ticket window and the guy behind the counter asked what I wanted. I wanted one for Infinity War and he gave me this impatient expression and asked "what time". I assumed he would have figured I was asking for the one that started in like 10 minutes but I gave him the time and then he told me to pick a seat. I didn't understand at first (again, this whole picking seats thing was new to me) and since almost the entire theater was crossed out I picked a seat off on the aisle. I passed on the snacks and headed straight for the check point but there was nobody there. Apparently the person who was supposed to be checking tickets was busy talking with the other people working at the snack bar and I just stood there until they realized they were supposed to be paying attention. The theater wasn't that full and once the movie started only half the seats were filled. Someone supposedly had the seat next to mine but they didn't show up or they chose to sit somewhere else. There was certainly enough space. I was a little uncomfortable because the seats were basically joined with a cup holder in the middle so its like potentially sitting on the couch with someone you don't know for the next few hours. The seats themselves were nice and you have a tray to hold your snacks. In general it was an ok experience but now I know what to expect. read more

When I step into this theatre, I feel like I've stepped into the past. They have the basics of food, overpriced popcorn , icee, hot dog etc. I'm not too bougie but I'm pretty use to seeing a bar , truffle popcorn and most likely a whole fried chicken dinner. But it's Las Cruces, everything out here is outdated coming from the Bay Area California. Most of the time, there isn't anyone there to check tickets. I recommend buying tickets online , quick and choose your seats beforehand. Each theatre room isn't that big so if it's a popular showing expect it to be crowded. The best part, all the seats are reclined. So comfortable I usually take a blanket with me, With ur own personal table, reminds me of grade school . & on tuesdays, movie tickets are $5! read more

This was my first time since Covid going to a movie theater and I 100% regret my decision doing so. The whole place was so dirty! I went to the bathroom and even my toddler said "yucky bathroom" before I said anything. 2 out of the 5 stalls that I looked in had actual crap on the toilet. But like on the underside of the lid so I looked like someone just wiped the top on both and that was it. Pleeeeease get a janitor! I actually left the whole theater instead just so I could pee somewhere I knew would be clean. Also my hotdog was pretty gross and the bun was stale. All in all I will now be going to El Paso to go watch a movie. read more

Went today and was a displeased by this theatre experience. When we came in, it looked dirty, popcorn all over the floor, paper cups on the counter, the really annoying sticky floor. It wasn't easy finding our theater, there was a print out in small letters directing what movie was in what theater number... then when we got to our theater the seats were really tall. Im not a big person, but I am not a dwarf either, but I felt like I needed a booster seat b/c the seats in front of us were blocking the screen, I had to have my head tilted so i could peak out between the two seats in front of us to see the whole screen (what a drag), fortunately the movie we saw (the best exotic marigold hotel) was so cute that I was engaged in the film enough to kind of forget my head was tilted at a 70 degree angle the whole time. The bathrooms alright, but like a lot of american bathrooms ( i have been noticing recently) there is always a huge crack in the door, you can totally be seen. What's the deal? read more

Great theater for a small town. If you're gong to check out the newest blockbuster the weekend it comes out, the only advice I can give you is plan ahead and pre-order. Their tickets aren't available online so you have to visit the theater ahead of time and get your tickets there. Thumbs up to self serve butter for your popcorn!! read more

I love this theater. Our family likes picking our seats ahead of time so we don't have to stand in line an hour before the movie to get a good spot. Also, the popcorn is always so good! The seats are cushy, and I only had one time that the recliner didn't work right. The theaters are clean though and that's what I like. read more

Great place to spend a hot day. I will say in the smaller theaters the handicap section was hard to see over the seats. My dad who is handicap could see fine but I had to go to the next row to see. This is strange to me I'm 6'2". As far as the place being clean the floor out in the lobby was sticky. The theater itself was fine but this was an early morning show. read more

You have to ask the cashier for salt because everyone keeps stealing the salt shakers from the condiment bar..so I suggested salt packets maybe they'll catch on soon. Oh and man every single kid in this place had those skinny jeans on walking around like a bunch of penguins..lol read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Just watched Rogue One opening night at Telshor 12. The speakers weren't working so we couldn't hear the dialogue for the entire movie. There should have been somebody from management offering free movie passes after people walked out of the theater and apologizing for the experience. Nothing. It's unbelievable they can't get there speakers working on opening night of a Star Wars movie. I will never come back to that terrible theater again. I'll be driving to El Paso to see any movies. read more

They've done a good job updating 3D projectors and sound systems. Prefer Cineport if given a choice, but I'm happy to catch a flick here!

Telshor 12 provides an average cinema experience. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness and some of the concession prices were outrageous (which, I guess, is expected to some extent). I was surprised that an adult matinee ticket cost the same as a young child's matinee ticket. Usually, the prices are slightly lower. Cineport would be my first choice but if it doesn't have showtimes that work, I would go to Telshor 12. read more

I don't want to wind up next to an obnoxious child or someone who talks loudly throughout the movie. Picking seats before entering the theater? VERY BAD IDEA. Stay home. read more
