Mixed results here. Presents as a small business with basic counter and tech service, single staff…read moremember, no owners on site, product display shabby and disused point of sale displays cluttering access. I have had iPhone screens replaced here and the service has been quick and straightforward and the results as expected. I have had my final experience with Caseme which I believe is almost illegal? I have a dust proof shockproof water resistant work phone which after many many rough tumbles over 2 years finally hit the deck hard in a way that cracked the screen. Caseme replaced the screen for $70 with a three day wait for the part. They failed to tell me that their screen replacement procedure would mean that the phone not is no longer shock proof, not water resistant, and not dust resistant. (A critical set of features for this device for me.) The replacement screen was fitted with a black protrusion left visible behind the screen and the new screen cracked while the phone was in my pocket after 24hrs. It was only then that Caseme told me that they will not guarantee their work because the structural integrity of the phone was not intact because of the original screen replacement (and that the screen supplier will not replace the product for free). After a lengthy discussion they made the offer to replace the screen again for $35. I requested a refund because 1. the original phone repair was not to reasonable expectations. 2. the solution of another screen would cost me more and not resolve the issue. I was refused a refund because; Their reasons (direct unedited quote) - "1. the work has already been carried out" "2. the part installed came back broken which voids any warranty straight way" That rationale means that they WILL guarantee their work if they haven't done any work and nothing breaks!! I urged them politely to reconsider to no avail. I am disappointed and hope that others get work done well the first time as it seems they will not take responsibility for it afterwards. I have a phone with a cracked screen, have paid them $70 for nothing and have ordered a new phone. Unsatisfactory.

Another day, another iDevice injury as the result of my own clumsiness. $85 for a front iPhone 4S…read morescreen replacement in around 45 minutes. Cheaper than a new phone but expensive enough to teach me a lesson! There's not much in the way of customer service but they get the job done and that's all that concerns me. There's a small selection of cases for a wide range of phones, too.
