TTS offers superior customer service at a competitive price. The petrol cap mysteriously disappeared on Halloween night which is what brought me and my partner to this auto shop. The cap was probably stolen-I doubt it was the work of ghosts. The problem was quickly sorted by a professional team who went above and beyond for us. We also needed new windscreen wipers and were able to get them in store (you would normally get these from one of the bigger service stations). The staff member was very helpful in regards to matching the correct type and thickness of the windscreen to our Mazda. Grand total? $25 for three windscreens and a petrol cap. I purchased an engine from there as mine had a blown head gasket. After having the engine installed it was found that the engine I had purchased also had a blown head gasket. After getting in contact with them to remedy the problem I was told that they would not repair the engine under the warranty and that they would only supply the gasket kit for the repair. I was forced to pay for the labour time of fixing the engine and the machining of the heads which cost me a further $1200. The first and last time I will deal with these frauds and I suggest you learn from my misfortune. They will sell you rubbish that is not worth your hard earned dollars.
