Surprise, surprise the day of the party when the tables were being dressed and the difference was evident and the legs of the tables could be seen. Since the very first time that the order was given in the company office, the length was discussed and it was assured that the 90 x 144 would be the tablecloths that would work. So the selected tablecloths were now 71 x 144. If they presume to be so efficient and professional, how could something like this happen? When complaining, sir it was your own fault, you should have known better.

We ran into one issue with the housekeepers one day because they didn't get to turn around our room before we returned from the pool. They told us that they're clocked out for the day and can only replenish towels and tissue rolls. Rooms looked a bit dated, though still comfortable. Our 2 double bed room had the following: - free, but spotty, wi-if - microwave - fridge - desk - balcony - washroom with soap and shampoo Indoor pool definitely became on of the highlights of the weekend. It had been raining all week, so we knew the beach water would be unsafe and freezing, so we brought some floaties, pool noodles, and balls to the indoor pool. We had so much fun! The pool was a tad bit dirty, but it was not a big deal. The hot tub was closed for the weekend. There were pastries and different types of cereals for complimentary breakfast. It is a bit of an older place so sometimes you could hear your neighbors but it has SO much character that it didn't matter to us and everyone that had been there knows and was respectful of the noise levels. The continental breakfast was the best i have experienced and I attribute that to it not being a 'big box' hotel. The icing on the cake was the beautiful setting and amazing views. After making arrangements for Madison, after holding him in my arms and watching life leave him...today I got to bring him home in a blue bag and he's now in my freezer, waiting to go on his next journey. Yes, folks, they scammed me. I wanted to have Simon looked at for his lip. They made the appointment, confirmed the appointment, let me bring Simon in to only then tell me they couldn't look at him till the bill is paid in full. I'm not an unreasonable person, I know that has to be paid and the arrangements is for the last 300 to be paid December 30. If it would have been explained to me that that was the protocol before bringing Simon in, I would of been ok, and I'd of waited till the 30. Allowing me to think all was good and Simon would be looked at today, only to get there to be told this, totally floured me. I had the money on me for everything. If they'd of asked me first if I could make Maddy's payment today, and then take a look at Simon, I'd of paid then and there. But they didn't do that....from the get go it was we can't see Simon. Tell me this before, because now I'm here with Simon, and Maddy is somewhere in this building when in reality he is suppose to be sent away for cremation, but that is not happening till bill is paid in full. So, I'm done with the pull at my heartstrings that just leads to bleeding me dry I took Madison back home, Simon never saw the vet, and we are now home waiting for Huronia Animal Services' Randy Bidan , who was called by me in the middle of this fiasco and agreed to help me have Maddy cremated at half the price Heritage was going to charge. I have had a call from Heritage, who wanted to make a deal with me because now they seem all worried about Maddy in my freezer. They didn't offer any reimbursement, nothing , just continue with how can we can make this right. I had to suggest the right thing would be to apologize then offer to do the service for free. She had to call me back to confirm that yea they would do that if I could bring Maddy back today. I wouldn't bring a rock to these people, and if they think they will ever see any of my animals again, their dreaming. When I finally told her that I had it figured out and who would be trusted with. This task, and the price tag, the silence from the other end of the phone was all you could hear. These people who feed on our love of our pets, catch us at our worst moments only to bleed us dry....will one day face their karma....I hope I get to watch. #vcapets #midlandontario #badvets #mainecoon

my family has been bringing our dogs to this vet clinic since the beginning of their lives with us…read more we have never had a single issue. the staff are incredibly kind, gentle & caring towards the animals they work with. real genuine animal lovers, makes you assured they're in good hands while at their appointment. just this week we had to put down our 12 year old golden retriever. he was such an old soul, super calm, wouldn't hurt a fly. he absolutely adored just giving you his paw for you to hold onto. he loved holding hands/paws. during the appointment they mentioned where they would insert the needles, they mentioned the front leg. I kindly asked if they could pick another as I wanted to be able to pet, hold his head or paws. they completely respected that & didn't hesitate to change their plan on the leg. during this process the vet(s) are in the room with you as you are now dealing with the real loss. they stayed quiet, completely respected our grieving. they allowed us then to say our goodbyes & be with him a bit longer, while they left the room. as much as it was a horrible day, a huge loss. the staff at the animal clinic are beyond amazing to everyone & every animal who walks through the doors. 10/10 recommend.

She gets a bit stressed when she's at some of the other grooming places that have several dogs being groomed at the same time The cut was great. Perfect for the summer! My friends and I have been using these cottages/cabins as accommodation in Wasaga Beach for years…read more The perks: - biggest cottage sleeps up to 16 people - cheap - can rent it for just a weekend - not strict about noise - 2 minute walk to the beach/bars - full of people in their 20's - each cabin comes with a bbq - parking is included - bigger cottages come with a fully stocked kitchen (including a stove) - bathroom and shower in the bigger cottages, plus extra facilities on site The booking process is sketchy. After verbally confirming over the telephone with someone that they will reserve a cottage/cabin for you, you have to go to TD bank and put the deposit (in cash) into their account. You then write to their email address to confirm you put the deposit in their account. Once you get there and pay (cash), everyone is given a bracelet they have to wear for the duration of their stay. Extra people cost extra money. Check out is a bit early (10am I believe?) but you can often leave your car their for the day after you've checked out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with a group of friends in Wasaga Beach, this is a great option.
