There is always a good stock of pre-owned stock as well, all in excellent, renovated, condition. Recently "killed" my laptop; confirmed by many that it wasn't feasible to repair it. Martyn at Cheshire Custom PC found me a (used) replacement within a week for what I was expecting to pay for the repair. It turned out to be an improvement - especially when he put my old hard drive in and it worked perfectly - absolutely no data lost!
