From the start, Bobby was professional and very prompt at getting back to us during the design phase. He provided us a detailed design and itemized estimate up front. He made changes to the design and estimate as we requested quickly and efficiently. He kept us informed of when he could get started on the job and his team was always on time, courteous, and kept the job site very clean. Bobby answered all of my questions while the work was being done and kept us up to date on what they were going to do each day and when they would be finished. Well this company does not! They cut in directions where it blows grass in the munched areas, they blow the grass in the munched areas and when they try to blow it out they blow all your mulch into the "frwsh" cut grass. They don't ensure the leaves are picked up, they have damaged a couple personal things of mine. 1 they denied! When they blow and move your outdoor rugs or door mats they don't fix them or put them back. They don't pull the little weeds they knowingly see. Just overall terrible.
