Taco Tuesday comes with a side of trivia! Their house Margarita is made with a fresh juice blend and is one of the best in the city. A bustling spot with darts and video games, it's cool to bring the family here. The bartenders and staff are welcoming and friendly. You order at the counter and get a number to take to your table where your food is brought to you, but you take your drink with you.

Last night my buddy and I stopped in for pre-conceet tacos. I got the chips and choriqueso along with 2 steak hardshell tacos. Tacos were delicious and packed full of meat and flavor. Loved the homemade hardshell tortillas too! I love the seasoning they use on the chips and the queso was on point. My only, small, complaint is I wish they gave you a larger cup of queso for the amount of chips they give you. I feel like I wasted a half a tray of chips. Other than that, the vibe is bright and fun. I love that they have pinball machines to play and entertain yourself with as well. I've come here quite a few times, and it's always a hit for me.

Tepeyotes is one of my favorite spots in Jacksonville! If you haven't been on a Saturday for Tepeybell, you're missing out they recreate your favorite Taco Bell classics, but somehow make them taste even better. And yes, they have a boozy Baja Blast... which is exactly as amazing as it sounds. Their brunch menu is also a must. My go-to is the chicken and churro burrito the perfect sweet and savory combo and such a fun twist on chicken and waffles. Honestly, I start drooling just thinking about it. The staff is always incredible and the vibe is super fun and welcoming. It's a great place to hang out, eat amazing food, and leave completely satisfied (and maybe a little sticky if you go for the chicken and churro burrito ). Highly recommend!

One of my favorite spots in Jax. It is such a unique place, a brewery with Mexican food (you can see their food truck right outside of the brewery) and games you can play. The price is really good for the portion size, they have happy hour menu & taco Tuesdays (2 tacos that also come with chips & a drink for $12). The food is amazing. They also have vegetarian and vegan options too! Absolutely would recommend anyone to try it out.

Cross posting this review from my Google account, 3 months ago: We stopped in Tepey's for a bite to eat, drinks and to watch the GA/Alabama game. Lots of parking available, food service was fast, attentive bartenders and even the manager/owner was delivering food. The tacos and sopes were so delicious, felt like the food was clean and healthy & authentic. Tacos with cilantro and onions, (none of that queso & cheese bs) but they did have the options for queso. The salsas & sauces that came with our food were great! I enjoyed my kolsch beer. They did have the game on 2 big TVs. Surprisingly there was a lot of Georgia fans this evening. They also had many pinball machines and games to win ducks. We got peppermint churros as dessert. Overall great service & food. We will be back!

This was our 2nd time here and we really enjoyed it! Came to get another Jacksonville Ale Trail code and lucked out that on Saturdays, kids eat free! Adult entrees, we ordered authentic quesadillas and taco platters. They allow you to mix & match the meats which I prefer because I like variety. I had a chicken taco and barbacoa taco on corn tortillas. The meat was cooked perfectly. The portions were very generous! My husband had the authentic quesadillas with chicken, steak, and beef. The steak was his favorite. Our kids both had chicken tacos. All entrees come with chips and salsa or you can upgrade to guac or queso. The food came out very quickly, and the bartenders were quick to take our beer order. They had about 20 beers on draft with a good variety of lagers, Pilsners, Belgians, and IPAs. There is plenty of entertainment- they had a claw machine for the kids and a ton of pinball machines. They also had shuffleboard. It was a very busy Saturday evening there, and the vibe was perfect for us with the kids. It's hard to find places that are easy to take young kids- this will definitely be added to our rotation. Just an FYI for those who care- it is counter service only

Came here for taco Tuesday and it was packed! They had trivia night going on and it seemed fun! The tacos were good and it was fun in there. The food came out fast too.

Went to happy hour tonight at Tepeys. I didn't realize this but in addition to their beers, they also have an extensive cocktail menu. The star of the show for me though was the chorizo nachos. Possibly the best nachos I've ever had. There is plenty of parking behind the building and a good amount of seating/bar space inside. They also have several pinball machines and tvs. Service was very friendly and helpful when choosing drinks to try. Pretty good happy hour specials. Will return.

Great lunch after getting our Christmas tree nearby on a chillier Saturday. I tried Sopes for the first time and loved it. The masa cakes were a fantastic foundation for the refried beans and my choice of chicken for the protein. Topped with pico and sour cream (I opted for no hot sauce), it was delicious. The side of chips and salsa is great, the salsa is fresh and I love the seasoning on the chips too. Easy ordering at the counter, lots of seating options and games to play too.

I love this place but have to rant a little. I do not want to come and pay $7-8 for a craft beer and have it served in a plastic Dixie cup. Buy more glass if you are going to host events!

This was the cutest spot! We stopped in for tacos and didn't realize it was trivia night, which happens every Tuesday. The trivia was a lot of fun and the beers were good. The tacos tasted pretty authentic and they give decent portion sizes for the price. I'll definitely be back again.

If you are looking for Mexican food and craft beer this is the place for you! Always great food, service, and beer. Also they add a really delicious seasoning to their chips.

I finally tried it here after living by it for 3 years! I came in on a weeknight, and it was a little busy--there were a few parties at tables, and the bar was full. A live band was playing (slightly loud and hard to talk). We didn't realize you had to order at the counter cause we missed the sign, so we sat down for a bit before noticing it. We got up to the counter and got our order in. Easy and quick. I ordered the steak tacos, and we had the dip trio to share. The tacos were good, and the chips and guac were my favorite. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would come here. Maybe avoid nights when they have live music since it is loud, but at least they are good!

My friend ordered us the Pork Belly Kimchi Fries, I got us an order of the Cheese Curds, and for my entree I got an order of the Asian Sticky Wings. I probably would have never ordered the kimchi fries on my own. Sometimes kimchi can be fickle and really hit or miss. It was definitely a hit here. More on the sweet and tangy side but worked really well. Fries seasoned perfectly, and the pork belly cubed and cooked to perfection. Out of all of the times I've been to Wicked Barley, these fries have to be one of the best items I've had from there. Cheese curds were pretty basic. Tasted great, but nothing to write home about. If you like Cheese curds, you'll enjoy theirs. I originally had my eye on the jerk chicken wings and I was warned by the waitress and my friend that they are REALLY hot. Jerk chicken is generally one of those thats right on the borderline of too hot for me. To give you an idea, if you're familiar with Butthutt BBQ's jerk chicken, theirs is as far as I can go for spice level. So I switched it up to be safe, and I am glad I did. Sweet and sticky, these had really great flavor inside and out. Would definitely get these again in the future. Brought a couple home to the hubby and he seemed to enjoy them too, and he normally doesn't like, what he refers to as, "sweet meat". I had three different beers in my favorite tasting style, sour. I had the PB&J sour, the mango sour, and the orange cream sour. The orange cream was my favorite of the 3. We enjoyed the sounds of the band Splittone in the background and enjoyed the whole vibe of our meal. I'm hoping to visit again on a future weekend and possibly bringing one of my pups along with me since they are dog friendly.

The brewery has a really cool vibe to it, and they also have plenty of TVs where they were playing sports. I know they are a brewery and probably really good at it, but I came here for the pizza. Their selection is small but mighty. When we asked the staff what he recommended, he said all of them (not making it easy buddy). Since they are on the smaller size, we decided to get three and planning to take home some leftovers. My favorite by far was the Pancetta Garlic pizza. At the beginning I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of garlic, but damn was I wrong. The garlic was cooked to perfection and literally melted in your mouth. I don't think I've ever seen a similar pizza anywhere else, and made it even more surprising. Frankly the other two we had were also very delicious, but I truly give it the top spot to the prosciutto garlic. Last but not least, I like that they had THC on the menu. As someone who no longer drinks alcohol, it is nice to see other options available on the menu.

Unfortunately, I'm not in the area that much, and only once did I make the journey just to come here. What is the draw, you may ask? Great beer, great food, great atmosphere, great vibes! , That said, every meal I have had here has been delicious. The beer is pretty darn good & cold too! Of course, with the long drive...ya gotta limit it. But it's worth it for anything on the menu. I don't know where to start food-wise, I am trying to eat my way around the menu. The gator tail and fish dip are two of my favorites for small bites/appetizers. The Elk burger, the Taphouse burger, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich are always amazing....and then there's the cole slaw...yummy! Delicious food, and they have more than just sandwiches. The menu offers a little something different. The atmosphere and vibe are always inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The prices are fair, portions are ample, and there is plenty of parking. The decor is fun too! Not to mention, they give a veteran discount with proof of ID. What more can you ask for? Well, I know what I can ask for! To the owners: pretty please, with sugar on top, consider opening a location in St. Augustine. Not in the downtown area, but the folks north of town need something; they need you! Around the Palencia & Kensington area, off US 1 to be exact...or anywhere nearby in that area. The folks there would love something they can walk to, ride bikes to, maybe even use a golf cart to get to...and yes, a short drive is good too. Jus' sayin'! Please just check it out...I said pretty please!

When having my boyfriend and his momma pick me up after a work trip to have a weekend to visit…read morethem, they suggested this location for lunch before we made the drive back to Eustis where she lives. They had mentioned seeing some good Yelp reviews, and the menu looked intriguing. I had already had breakfast at a great locally owned place, so my appetite was smaller. What We Ordered: - Oyster Po Boy: my boyfriend and his momma split this, and they both said it was okay though they HATED the gumbo. Very unfortunate as when splitting they had to pay for an additional portion of it. - Blackened Mahi Sandwich: this was recommended by our waitress who started out fantastic, but ultimately disappeared after food delivered so I went without a drink for quite some time. I did eat enough a portion of mine before running out of coke, so I had to pause eating as I need a liquid as I eat. I had split this with my boyfriend, so he enjoyed his fully warm. Mine was good for those first few bites, and really enjoyed the fries. They remind me of the filmstrip fries you can get in Disney's California Adventure. - Coke + Lime: if the machine is calibrated, this is always a win for me! It definitely made a travel day better. Sadly, between the waitress being inattentive after the food was delivered and there being quite the unsavory show being played, this was a miss for me. Who plays Steve Wilkos in a restaurant? It's the modern day Jerry Springer show. I just find that baffling to be quite honest, though we did get a chuckle at it while I waiting desperately for a refill so I could eat the remaining portion of my meal.
