They were very Customer Service orientated. They gave me vegetables instead of the rice and noodles, which was great because I hate wasting food and some places won't substitute for people that need different options. The portions are large. This place has amazing food. We ordered the family steak and chicken and got sides of shrimp, noodles and vegetables. The food was plenty and more than enough for 4/5 mentioned. The ribeye steak was tenderly soft and flavorful and so was their chicken. The shrimps were cooked just right and you can tell it was fresh. The fried rice tasted better than a lot of Chinese restaurants in town and the veggies were cooked to perfection-crisp and fresh. Their young cooks were very nice and you can tell they enjoyed what they were doing which is a big part of why their food is close to perfect. On top of that their price was so reasonable. I just have to say how absolutely impressed I am with trying this place for the first time!! The online ordering was super fast and easy and they even offer an online special for their chicken plate for only $11.95! The food was absolutely delicious, veggies were cooked perfectly, the house made yum yum sauce was incredible, and if my teenage daughter hadn't "helped" me eat this, it would have EASILY been enough for two meals! The employees were so, so friendly and very welcoming, the restaurant looked clean and well lit with a decent number of tables if you wanted to sit down there and eat. I got mine to go and they were just finishing it up as I walked in, so it was super fresh and hot. I paid just over $15 because I got an extra cup of sauce and added a few dollars for a tip, which I thought was an awesome deal. This plate regularly is $16, which I don't feel is a bad price at all considering what you get and that it's very good food. They also offer delivery (for a fee) if you can't pick up your order. Service was good and fast, but the cook was wearing gloves and playing on his phone, then he put his phone down and started making the food with the same gloves. I work in food and if we didn't already pay we would have just left. They do have an A rating from the health department, but that is not food safety. I am not sure if I just ordered on a day where the food is different from the previous reviews. I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken entrees. It is so damn try that all the teriyaki sauce (not really good teriyaki) in the world can't save it. If you LOVE dry white meat chicken then this place is for you. My suggestion is to use thigh meat or if not, don't cook the chicken till it's dead. It's almost not edible. Fried rice & veggies are good, but noodles are tasteless & sad. read more
