I am a local and visited this shop with my girlfriend (who is not Portuguese and doesn't speak the…read morelanguage). The staff was not nice and offered some resistance to my girlfriend's questions. When paying, my girlfriend asked for a tax refund form. The staff said they had none when behind them, on the desk in plain sight, there was a pile of tax forms. Cannot recommend this shop.
