Horrible service. Everybody at my table got their food and I did not. I made reservations two weeks ago. I was the main person at this table and they did not even give me my water. Eventually my cousin gave me hers and my mom had an extra little plate and everyone at the table shared their meal with me. We waited over 45 minutes to get our coffee order. Two people at my table went up to the bakery and stood in line to get their coffee. And the only reason we got the order is because I stopped a waiter and told him. When they eventually took our coffee order they also took our food order. After 30 minutes the first two plates of French toast arrived and one plate went to my cousin and the other one everyone said they did not order. So she walked around with this plate trying to find out who's it was. she looked confused. she left then returned and says "well someone ordered it" and she just placed it in the middle of the table and left! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Did she ever think that maybe she made a mistake?? My cousin said for $7 it's not worth complaining. He also said a little town like this you can't expect good service. I disagree. Eventually my group started getting their food randomly. No one ate at the same time. The red chilaquiles were terrible, stay away from those. The green ones were good at the beginning But because they served in a bowl and a lot, the flavor just started to get boring. No one finished their Chilaquiles. Yes it was clean, yes it was pretty, but the food was no big deal and the service was horrible. My recommendation, if you have to go there because all advertisement everywhere says it't the best, just go and have a latte and pastry. When I was leaving a lady in front who they told me was the Manager asked me if everything went well and I said yes thank you. I didn't want to tell her because I just wanted to get out of there fast. But it was her fault that the service is bad, the food was bad, and we actually had to wait for chairs because they did not have enough. read more
