I've been to this location 3 times in as many years and consistently found it have truly unimpressive food to say the least. The chicken is bland tasting, fairly tough and the teriyaki sauce unremarkable, the yakisoba lacked flavor as well. I will say the amount of rice and noodles offered were substantial but amount of chicken was not. It's hard to screw up grilled chicken but somehow they managed. This has been by far the worst dining experience my husband and I have ever had in the Tri-Cities. Our first clue that this is a place to avoid should've been the complete lack of other customers and take-out phone orders. This was despite our stopping in during normal lunch hours when other restaurants on Road 68 were doing plenty of business. Our second clue was the obvious fact that the two employees just. didn't. care. Tables from long-gone previous customers were still unbussed and filthy while both employees lounged around looking very bored. When we walked in, they merely stared at us blankly -- no greeting, no "please seat yourself," no acknowledgement whatsoever other than an unwelcoming stare and uncomfortable silence. The food took 25+ minutes to arrive, during which the server/greeter sat at the front counter doing absolutely nothing except talking with the cook. When our food was finally ready, she piled our teriyaki plates on the gross-looking bussing cart to bring them to the table. Only then did she make any attempts to try to clean the dirty tables that surrounded us. And the food? Terrible and not worth anything close to what they charge. We ordered the beef teriyaki, which was overcooked, tough, and tasted like it was just reheated frozen meat. The "stir fry veggies" promised on the menu turned out to be a pile of boiled cabbage, a few slivers of carrot, and one tiny stem of broccoli. Extra teriyaki sauce was served cold in a syrup pitcher, which was appropriate -- it tasted way more like pancake syrup than any sort of acceptable teriyaki sauce. I simply can't recommend this place by any stretch of the imagination. If you're looking for a good teriyaki experience in the Tri, you'd be better off heading over to Sushi Mori, Woo's, or Bento instead. read more

Probably my favorite place to eat. The one on RD 68 especially. I always get the beef Teriyaki. You can't go wrong with that. The steak is always of the best quality. The help is friendly, and after a few times, they know you by name. I don't know what kind of magic goes into making the Teriyaki sauce, but i wish they sold it in stores. read more

Today I went to the Teriyaki Grill on Road 68, and so far, I'm impressed. When I first walked in, the place was clean and neat, and the cashier was nice and polite. The menu was in an odd place, underneath glass in the front, but it was orderly and very legible, so I didn't mind too much, but I do wonder what will happen at lunch and dinner rushes. I got the chicken teriyaki, dark meat, with a water for a reasonable price of 6.29, lunch price. The food was hand served at around 10 minutes, give or take. The chicken was tender and flavorful, not to rubbery, and went well with the white rice. People coming in after me were immediately greeted before hey could close the door, and were helped immediately. The vegetables were good, not too much of cabbage or broccoli, but just the right amount. Good service overall, and I will definitely come back again! read more

This place was busy and I'm in shock why? The fried pork rice was burnt with a burnt flavor. The chicken teriyaki was bone dry and over cooked. Even pouring sauce on it wouldn't help. Never going back! Waste of $ read more

This is one of our families favorite restaurants. We love going here because the staff is friendly and food is good. However today I was very dissatisfied and upset enough to write a review. I went through the drive thru and placed a large order. The male owner read back the order and I verified that it was correct for what we ordered (2 other people in the car with me heard it). We left to run an errand while they prepared the food and returned to pick it up. When we go home, two of the items that I ordered were missing. So I drove back to the restaurant and went to the drive thru window. A man came to the window and I explained that I did not get one of the Chicken Katsu's or the teriyaki sauce I ordered. He said okay and then the male owner came to the window and proceeded to tell me that he knows that the Chicken Katsu was in there because he dropped it into the fryer himself and I said yes we got one of them - the one with no vegetables but not the regular one. He said he didn't ring it in and he didn't ring in the teriyaki sauce (so he did not ring in my complete order that he read back to me). He said I will make you one however I was very upset because he called me a liar (like I was trying to get free food), I had to drive back to the restaurant, and now my sons food and the egg rolls I had ordered were getting cold and so I declined. Also because they are a small business and I wanted to support them during this time, I also gave a good tip. I am not a liar and not out to get free food - his problem that he did not ring in the correct order that he read back to us.. read more

I love the chicken teriyaki from here! It's always perfect. You get your choice of white or dark meat and it also comes with rice and veggies. The egg rolls are also really tasty! Customer service is always swell. The drive thru does take a while but it's worth the wait! read more

Ordered dark meat and received dry tough white meat. Teriyaki sauce was tasty, good thickness. Lima beans in fried rice, who does that?

Customer service 101, was recommended to check this place out and was pretty excited and hungry. Started out good with excellent service from the young lady at the register, she immediately made us feel comfortable and settled with my decision to eat there. Apparently, the old lady didn't like that we smiled or seemed too happy because she quickly made her way over as we were asking questions about two different dishes. As the young lady was happily describing the Owner comes over and sends her to work the drive through??? #unprofessional! I wish that were it, while confused and annoyed, we explained we had questions. This Owner, who doesn't deserve to be in business, without trying to further assist at all, hands us to-go menus kinda waves us back and says" you can take these and look them over so i don't have to pull her (younger female employee) away, like she was too busy. I said, but there's nobody else in line?? Old lady walks away....Togo menus on table and walked away too. Customer service FAIL! Won't see these $$. read more

Very nice people, have always liked going there. We usually do take out, quick, minimal wait time. I love the chicken teriyaki, the sauce is to die for. I also really like the gyoza, tasty little tidbits of wonderfulness with the sauce on the side. We go there pretty frequently. read more

So far, all the times ive been there, their service has been great. No issues. Food taste really good every time, i always get their Chicken Teriyaki. They do need to improve their drive-thru. Other than that, im happy with their food and service :) read more
