I just found out about Teriyaki Madness this past month and have had take-out for lunch twice in the past couple of weeks. I'd never really been a fan of teriyaki (in general) in the past, but what I had from TM was really good. It wasn't overly sweet like what I remembered from many years ago. Anyway, the first time, The Hubs ordered a large Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (marinated, hand-trimmed, fresh, all-natural grilled chicken thigh served with teriyaki glaze. Comes with either white rice, brown rice, fried rice, or noodles, and stir-fry veggies). I ordered a large Chicken Breast Teriyaki Bowl (comes with the same stuff as the other) but 'upgraded' to 'all steamed broccoli' instead of getting the stir-fry veggies. We also ordered a side of the stir-fry veggies since we both love the veg (didn't see an online option for extra steamed broccoli)! To begin with, the large size is A LOT of food. It was more than I could eat that day for lunch. I tasted The Hubs' chicken thighs and the piece I had was delicious and moist. My chicken breast was tasty, but a bit dry. The steamed broccoli was perfectly cooked and nicely crunchy. My portion of the extra stir-fry veggies added on top pushed the veg factor over the top flavor-wise. The second time we ordered, The Hubs had the same thing (except had the all broccoli option). This time, I ordered the medium (regular) size bowl with the chicken thigh teriyaki and all broccoli - and an extra side of stir-fry veggies again. Delicious! The medium size was a nice amount of food and is probably what I'll stick with unless I'm absolutely starving. The Hubs picked up the food both times. I had ordered online and both times it was ready when he got there. He said that the staff he encountered were friendly and that the restaurant looked clean. We get takeout for lunch frequently, so I'm glad to have someplace to put in the rotation that's tasty and reasonably healthy! BTW - they also have a rewards program. read more

went to pick up an order here and the store was completely empty apart from the FOUR employees standing behind the counter not paying attention. the pick up orders were on the counter seemingly waiting to be picked up. i turned one bag around to check the receipt for the order name and the teenager with short blonde hair and a face full of piercings finally turned around and instead of apologizing for not paying attention, had the audacity to tell me not to touch the pick up orders due to "germs". mind you, the bags were all completely sealed. i let them know i wouldn't have had to check the receipt for the order name if at least one of the FOUR employees would have been paying attention to the literal only person in the store. also maybe don't put the pick up bags on the counter where someone might think they can PICK THEM UP if you're going to have an attitude about "germs". read more

Came in on my lunch and surprisingly, it wasn't busy! I was greeted right away and the cashier was friendly and did a great job on upselling the combo option. The restaurant was clean and well stocked in the drink area. It didn't take long for my order and I can say, it was delicious, hot and fresh. I had to take a star though because I asked for extra chicken and, TO ME, I don't see extra chicken. I had to pay $3 for extra chicken and that's no problem, IF I HAD ACTUALLY GOTTEN IT. And if this IS IN FACT EXTRA CHICKEN, I'd hate to see a regular portion!! Maybe my pregnancy appetite just wants more because it's so yummy but for $3 I'd expect more!! read more

We were excited to support this restaurant and were actually some of their very first customers when they opened. Because of that positive start, we were happy to come back. Unfortunately, on our second visit both meals were extremely salty to the point of being inedible. When I reached out to share the feedback with the owner, I was told that no salt is added, which made it feel like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Being offered only $0.50 off each meal on a future visit didn't feel like an appropriate resolution. We gave it another try, but the overall experience left us very disappointed, and we won't be returning. read more

I went to pickup an order here. Said it wasn't ready so I waited patiently. I continued to wait as everyone else got their orders. Was then checked in with again, said someone else took the order. I asked if they could remake it, they said they can't unless it goes back through their system. They can't remake an order unless it's paid for again?? When it was their fault they gave the order to the wrong person? Waited over an hour just to get nothing. No manager in sight, poor management and staffing. I don't recommend this location ever. My husband and I were so excited to try you guys for the first time. I got the regular bowl with fried rice for my free birthday bowl and paid extra for the fried rice. My husband got the large bowl and paid extra for the noodles. If your motto is you don't skimp, I don't see it in this case. We basically paid twenty $22 and the large bowl is anything but large. It's not full. This is what it looked like when we opened it and we have not touched it. How in the world would we want to come back And order another oneIf this is what you get? It's just a disappointment, cuz. We thought this could definitely be our new place for go to Teriyaki bowls. The only other minor complaint is the chicken wasn't soft. The newly opened Teriyaki Madness in Parker has both potential and room for improvement. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty when we ordered at 6:48, it took a frustrating 45 minutes to receive our complete meal. Our order was also partially incorrect, which was disappointing. Adding to the frustration, a DoorDasher ahead of us expressed frustration with the wait for a single order. It's evident that this location needs more experienced staff to improve efficiency. However, I'm hopeful that with some adjustments, this spot can become a valuable addition to Parker's dining scene. Three stars for now, with the hope of better experiences in the future. Since I was next door getting cookies I dropped in for a little healthy meal. I got my husband and I both white chicken teriyaki bowls, with white rice and picked my own veggies. It was really yummy and a great way to get a quick meal. I was told that all of their sauces but one was gluten free! I got my husband the wonton and egg rolls. He said they are a definite buy again. Your high school girl at the front is so disrespectful, rude and doesn't know how to talk to people and was half asleep when she took my rider and had to repeat 4 times. This new location just opened so we picked up takeout. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved my dish. I did the go to chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles and veggies. The chicken was so tender and flavorful. I love that I got some healthy veggies in a takeout meal. My husband enjoyed his orange chicken. Our picky eater toddler loved his noodles as well. We split an order of crab Rangoon bc how can you not and they had lots of yummy filling. We now have a new takeout spot to add to the mix! Yum! read more

Avoid this place. Just go to Tokyo Joe's. Who's in the area for a while and get better service. Soooo..... went here at 5:16pm on 03-23-24. Placed an order for one chicken bowl. 35 minutes later I and the customers sitting at the tables and the 2 online orders are all waiting. I'm handed a bag with 3 bowls when I ordered 1 bowl. I asked them "are you sure that's my order?", "yes!" They have 5 young kids in the kitchen that look like they have no clue what they're doing and the young lady at the register who was working hard with no help from anyone else. She did look embarrassed and ashamed Of what's going on. Then the 3 bowls that was not mine were horrible. The chicken was burnt and the others tasted so bad they had to be just thrown away. What manager would leave all these kids struggling and give so bad service. I got my order 35 min after ordering and there was people there a lot longer then I was with no food. I would never go back. I can get the same food from Tokyo Joes with better service and who has proven themselves and been in the area for years. read more

I ordered the spicy tofu bowl and was not impressed. The tofu was as solid as a rock and discolored. The noodles had barely any sauce but a weird powder on them. There were hardly any vegetables provided and it was almost entirely cabbage. No broccoli at all. I actually threw it away because it didn't look sade to con sume between the discolored, rock hard tofu and the unexplained powder. read more

Forgot to add an extra teriyaki sauce to my order and my card was already charged for my order. The cashier acted like I asked for everyone to bend over backwards to just go ahead and charge my card for the sauce. I could have just sat down at a table and added it my self as it is free if you eat in. The cashier was rude. Food was not as good as another location I had last week. This was my first and likely my very last experience with Teriyaki Madness. My husband and I went in and ordered when the restaurant was practically empty and it still took 41 minutes for our order to come out with 6 people working. I understand that they are newly opened, but this was ridiculous. We ordered a single bowl and some crab rangoons..there's no reason it should have taken so long to get our order out. That being said, a couple who came in and ordered more than 30 minutes after us received their food before we did. The staff definitely needed help from someone that has worked at a teriyaki madness before as they all seemed like they weren't sure what was going on or what to do. Paid twenty something dollars only to receive this. It was completely burnt and dry. There was about 3 edible pieces. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was burnt until I got home and I live about 30 away from it so I wasn't going to drive back just to return it. So good! I love the various options that fit all preferences of each of my kids! The Food was delicious, the employees were cheerful and quick to explain the different options and it was clean. This is the second and last time I'm coming to the Parker location. The first time I went it was super busy and they got my order wrong, and the bowl was not filled at all. I get that it happens they're busy, had to get a bunch of bowls out. I gave them a second chance today 10/15/24. It wasn't busy at all, they couldn't get my rewards to work no big deal, technology glitches. I got my to go order without a fork, napkin, or sauce packet. Normally when I got to the Greenwood Village location off Arapahoe road they pack the bowl full of meat, rice, and veggies. The one I got today looked like a I got kids bowl not a regular. This will be the last time I go to this location. I live in Parker, and will go to the one in GV from now on. This location SUCKS!!! read more

Most the bad reviews are based on service. Probably because it is very new and they did not have the Rhythm down yet. I went on a Sunday (Today) at 12:45. Food in less than 5 min. This is my third visit. This was definitely the best visit yet. The staff has always been great but previously it took awhile to get your food. They have definitely got the kinks worked out now. The food was out in a reasonable time and it's quite delicious. I have now tried the chicken , spicy chicken, chicken katsu, and the steak. Every one was very good so it depends on your tastes. I dont even know where to start. First, this place is absolutely horrible. There are SO many health concerns about the way the food is handled, and just chances of customers getting sick. I walked in one morning, and a girl was filling small cups with sauce. No gloves, no hair net, nothing. She touched every single cup with her BEAR hands. That is so unbelievably concerning to me.
