My experience was so great. As soon as you enter you are greeted by two young ladies, they have such a great positive energy that makes you feel welcomed. When ordering they patiently wait for you (I was indecisive on what to get lol) but when you do place you order the food comes out pretty fast! So that was amazing as well. I really liked the food I got last time so I ordered again and I had a good meal again. They have and online combo deal available which includes 6 potstickers and a fountain drink so I chose to do that with a regular sized orange chicken bowl with a noodles base. I really like their orange chicken, It has a good flavor and the serving size is pretty good, I'd order it again but would like to try their spicy version, I liked their spicy teriyaki so I'm sure it'd be good too. I like the noodles a lot too, they're just noodles! Not loaded with 35% cabbage which is so so nice. Their veggies are always fresh too and steamed but still have a light crunch. Their potstickers and egg rolls are also really good the filling of the eggroll is a nice texture- I've had the inside of others be soggy like the one from the fast food restaurant, but these are so much better. Their potsticker filling is made of chicken and veggies, and they are a nicely crunchy golden brown. This seems like a pretty fast casual place, the service is great and quick, my food is always ready within like 20 minutes. I like this spot quite a bit, I'd get food here again for sure. The base options are white rice, brown rice, noodles, fried rice or only veggies. Greeted upon arrival and was excited to see the item I wanted to try is the daily special. Today is Thursday - daily special is a bowl of the spicy teriyaki chicken and a drink for $11.99. Didn't really feel like cooking so we decided to try out Teriyaki Madness. It's a narrow establishment with limited seating so a to-go order was very appropriate! You enter your order on a kiosk, make your payment, and wait for your food. There was a person working the counter but I actually didn't see him for a few minutes as he was in the back. We had the Orange Chicken with brown rice and veggies and the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki with brown rice and veggies. The immediate thing I noticed is that the bag was very heavy! The bowls are hearty and at ~$15 per order, a good value. The chicken in the bowls were very good. Tender and tasty. I ate the spicy one and it definitely had heat but not so much that it wasn't enjoyable. Also, the veggies were cooked perfectly. By perfectly I mean al dente. You could tell that the people cooking the food really care about what they put out. This was both a hearty and healthy meal and I will definitely be back again. One thing I should mention is that they have a rewards program and an associated app. I checked out as a guest since I wanted to make sure the food was good first but I subsequently signed up. The app is really good AND I was able to scan my receipt and have my purchase applied to my account which is really nice. Had a chance to try Teriyaki Madness as it opened recently and enjoyed it! This is a good takeout spot with good food and nice portions for the price that you pay. We got the large bowl with the spicy teriyaki chicken and veggies. We upgraded to fried rice for the base which was a great decision, it was super flavorful and delicious! Seeing roaches where people are supposed to be eating is absolutely disgusting and raises serious questions about how clean the kitchen is. What I really like about this place is the custom ability of the food. If you are really hungry, you can get a really big bowl, or if you just want a snack you can get a small side of protein without the huge portion of rice. And yes, the portions are pretty big. And surprisingly, the food was very affordable for the portions that they gave you. I could easily spread this out over two meals. I ordered the spicy tofu side (just a smaller portion of the protein without the base of the bowl, ie. rice or greens) and it was really good. The tofu was perfectly cooked and covered in their spicy sauce. And while they do offer a takeout style service, there are plenty of tables inside with a variety of sauces that you can add to the food. The people here are very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I will definitely be back here for lunch and would recommend that you give it a try. I haven't been addicted to a food in a long time. This place hit the spot and then some. I ordered a regular Spicy Chicken Bowl with Fried Rice. Each bowl comes with vegetables, but I decided to sub the vegetables for more fried rice. My mom ordered a regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and my husband ordered a large Spicy Chicken Yakisoba style. Every bite was better than the last. The taste, the texture, the smell... omg, the smell was just as delicious as the food itself. For those who wonder, the spicy chicken is spicy but it's not spicy enough to torture you. The spiciness takes you on a wild ride that brings you to the verge of tears but then eases off slowly and the best part of it is that it's flavorful. My husband and I are people who loves spicy food that tastes good. Teriyaki Madness has spicy food that tastes great. Some places claim they have spicy items but they unfortunately lack flavor. Teriyaki Madness packs a punch and follows through with the flavor too. It's really a wonderful journey of mastication for you and your pallet to traverse together. While prices may appear to be a little pricy, I won't minus a star because you are getting what you pay for. Keep in mind that Teriyaki Madness isn't a fast food restaurant. The line cooks wont start cooking your meal until after you have placed your order. The food is truly made to order, so expect hot and fresh meals. I worked out so hard today for the first time in years that I took a 3 hour nap afterwards and didn't get to do any of the chores I was supposed to finish, including making dinner. So we went to @teriyaki.madness for some rice bowls for a quick and filling meal. Their bowls were great but guys, THEIR CRAB RANGOONS ARE BOMB! See, the problem with the Bay Area is that it's TOO authentic. So many authentic Chinese restaurants and not enough Chinese American ones So I used to never be able to get my crab rangoon fix. I'm so happy to have a place where I can indulge in my not so secret guilty pleasure. The only thing is I wish there was more filling in the rangoons- they're flat (probably for ease of making it) so not a lot of space for the filling but the taste is definitely 10/10. read more

TLDR: Ok overpriced food, customer service is a train wreck. They were having some specials on "Chicken Teriyaki" day so I placed an order for delivery. After about 45 minutes, my delivery was canceled. I tried calling the store and nobody picks up. I tried to place another or for pickup but they removed my offer code, so I found something else to eat. Fast forward 2 days later and they still charged my credit card for the order even thought they canceled the order. Still can't get in touch with anybody from the restaurant or corporate, so I just filed a chargeback on my credit card. I've been here a few times just because it's convenient and overall the food is ok but, IMO, overpriced for what it is. 3 star food + price. -3 star for terrible customer service and charging me for something that I didn't even receive. read more

Some consistency issues - the first time I came here (lunch), the teriyaki steak pieces were juicy and full of flavor. The second time (dinner), my SO ordered the same dish but the steak pieces were flat, dry, and bland. The chicken katsu I ordered was perfectly crispy/not dry, but the noodles were plain and tasteless (yakisoba style was not available). Both times, the fried rice was greasy rather than "fluffy" but contained a decent mix of vegetables. Out of the few locations I've been to in the bay area, this one is the worst one. The bottled sodas they gave us, were about 6 months past their expiration date. I didn't even check the date til we drank some and noticed they were completely flat and tasted odd. The food tasted decent but gave us some upset stomach which TM never does. When we brought the soda issue up to the employees, they said it was still fine and the expiration date didn't mean they were bad. You can be the judge but we will stick to the other locations when we want some TM. read more
