Terminix I am extremely disappointed in you. I recommended you to so, so many people and now I may have to cancel you. How could you? First, you make not 1, not 2, but 3 appointments with my grandmother to spray for bugs when she first started with you and kept NONE of them. No one ever showed up and then when we call, it's "there are notes here but you weren't put on the schedule". Then, when she finally gives up and cancels, yall charged her for the 2nd month 2 days before and refused to refund it but you never even came out! Piss poor customer service on top of everything!! Disgusted. I will be sure to leave reviews, posts on social media and canceling my services as well. read more
