He refused but said he would come back at a later date and trim the tree further back to my satisfaction. I have since called him five times to try to get him to come back. He always has some lame excuse. On one such call he even said he was out of the country! The last time I called, after listening to my request he hung the phone up on me. I should have withheld payment until I was satisfied. That was my mistake, but that doesn't excuse his lack of courtesy or behavior nor the fact that he lied to me and never had any intention of returning to trim the tree to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I will do no further business with him or his company nor do I recommend him to anyone else. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. If you do hire him, make sure you do not pay him until you are satisfied with the work. As the customer, you have the right to have the work done to your satisfaction, and as the saying goes, the customer is always right.
