I used them for the first time due to a recommendation by a colleague . I didn't get to see the arrangement but they were extremely helpful and personable over the phone. They allowed me to personalize the arrangement to my specifications. A second time, I sent an orchid plant arrangement for administrative assistant's day to my assistant. I sent the store a picture of one I had liked online and what they sent was even BETTER, more elegant and beautiful, a small little bird detail on the plant was too cute for words, the planter gave an excellent presentation, and the delivery was as promised. The plant was full of buds and opened flowers upon arrival. The order was in April and almost 3 months later the plant still has flowers. The third time it was for the funeral of my husband's grandmother (unfortunately). The arrangement was very special and they allowed me to again customize it. The service every time I have called has been excellent, it feels like they are friends...yet, they probably have no idea I am a repeat customer (I've never mentioned it). I'm now planning a baby shower and will definitely be talking to them for the arrangements. Their prices are very reasonable and most times better than others I've called. I discovered Terra florals at a Bridal Showcase, from the moment I walked into that Bridal showcase Heidi's display table was the first that caught my attention from across the entire room! When I entered the showcase I quickly pointed across the room at her booth and told my Mom "I think she might be the ONE!" Amongst lots of other floral and wedding vendors that were there her table was the one that I just couldn't wait to make my way to, and that was just the beginning! I had ordered flowers from them before and I was ok with them so, I went back for a design they have online. Right off the bat, they did tell me they didnt have yellow flower so, they said they replaced with another flower and I was ok with it. When I got the flower shop they were supposed to be done with the flowers and they hadnt even started but, thats not where my issue comes in. Once I get the flower I didnt detail them like I should off. Long story short, the flowers were not even close to what they had on the web. I tried calling them to tell me that I've got wasn't what they had advertise on the web and the lady goes oh I gave you very delicate flowers. Like I cared what kind of flowers she gave me, all I wanted was for her to be honest and tell me hey yes I could see why you didnt like your flowers and not to mentioned that I paid a lot for them so, the least they could off done was to be honest about it! I was just driving by when I saw this place and I decided to go in and see about a floral arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped me out. She checked what flowers they just received and they had many beautiful ones. I told her what I was looking for, gave her a base price, and told her I would need it in 2 hours. This was no problem and I paid her. When I came back the first word out of my mouth was "WOW"! The arrangement was beautiful! I will definitely come back if I need any other floral needs and I can't wait to give her the flowers tomorrow. Very happy customer. read more

I used them for my wedding. Everything was beautiful. They went beyond what was in my contract to include the aisle and fabric along the chairs. Everyone loved my centerpieces. This company mess up my birthday. My husband purchase a flower arrangement for $379.85. The roses and the orchids the same day were dying. I called to complain and she said that if was our fault maybe my office was not to cold. I advised that we have air conditioning on 70 degrees and that the flowers came dead. She indicated that the only thing she could do was send me another one. The next day she send me a small flower arrangement with roses and orchids, the next day I get to my office, the orchids were dead and the roses were in the process of dying. Apparently the quality of their flowers is very poor. My husband called to complain and advised he was going to report them to the Best Business Bureau, she said that she will come to my office and take the arrangements from me. My husband was so sad that my birthday flowers created such a bad experience with this company. We will never ordered from this company again. read more

Honestly, I was expecting better because a friend recommended them. My boyfriend ordered a corsage and a boutonniere for our formal. I had called beforehand just to know how long in advance did we have to order and so forth. The lady, I believe Lisette, was very nice but when I said we wanted roses she kept insisting on orchids because roses are "too traditional". I dismissed it and said we wanted roses. My boyfriend called a week afterwards to order and he told me that they kept insisting on orchids, again! That they kept giving him a guilt trip saying that they never have mini roses and that they're only doing it for him specifically (even though on their website they have various mini rose corsages and boutonnieres). My boyfriend's father picked them up so he didn't really get to complain but when he saw them, the roses were already wilting. They're white mini roses but already had the cream tint to them because they were dying and some of the petals were falling off. Also, though a nice touch, the corsage had red ribbons but the one he had asked for from their website had less ribbons and had crystals. But he still got charged as though it was the one he had asked for. Overall, neither him nor I were very happy with the purchase. read more
