The Roma pizza was probably the best out of all the food we had but we found it salty yet plain. That was the same with the carbonara, salty and plain, it was also really small for the price and the dish was room temperature. The lasagne was overpowered by tomato, too rich yet somehow still managed to be plain. And then with cans of soft drink at $4, just not right. However there were some great aspects, specifically everything to do with the wait staff. They were personable and super friendly. The food took a while to be prepared, but when it was ready it was at our table in no time. We have visited La Lupa many times in the past 7-8 years. The first time we were gobsmacked about how great it is. But now everytime we visit, the food we eat declines in quality and quantity.

The thing I love most about this place are the prices. Everything is ridiculously cheap and awesomely good - it makes having a students budget bearable. Entrees start at just $6.90 - cheaper than a drink in some places. Mains sit at around $17 but I generally get a pasta dish for around $9. The Pizzas are also really cheap: Small= $6.80 Medium=$10.80 Large=$13.90 They also do delivery, which costs an extra $6 but I always go to eat there or pick it up. The little restaurant/cafe in the shop is always popular and I don't think that I have ever seen it empty. I would definitely recommend you check this place out.
