He finally told us we could pick up pillows and sheets at store. We picked them up and they were cheap walmart brand mainstay sheets and Allswell cooling pillows. We called him out on this and offered to return his walmart purchase so he could get his money back, to be told he did us a favor by buying walmart brand because the serenity package that we paid 400.00 for was " cheap stuff from dollar tree" Louis never tried to be honest or make restitution for the money we spent. We will never shop Ashley again and we could have ordered the bed online cheaper and received everything we paid for. No integrity or honesty with this salesman. We did report to corporate and of course they said they would " look into it" but have heard nothing further. Do not recommend shopping here if you want full disclosure and honesty.

I thought I was upgrading from my 2017 70" 4k to this 2026 85 inch '4k'. Wrong. The picture on my 2017 is far superior even though it is by no means a top tier tv. There is a 30 day return so I decided to send it back. They said no problem, but it would cost me $99.99 to pick up or bring it in myself-- so I guess I'd have to rent a truck and also find someone who's not too busy to help me. I was on the phone (mostly on hold) with customer service getting the runaround for about a day and a half before for they finally gave in and will pick it up at no charge and give me a full refund, which I'll be checking to see if they actually do once it's been picked up. The customer service was horrible (also very rude mostly) from start to finish with the exception of the last young man who helped me I was livid at this point but he was patient and kind-- the only one out of the many I talked to there. One guy had even said that since it was delivered free they had to charge me to pick it up. I'm not sure how that makes sense. I've not done much business with Best Buy over the years but have bought a few laptops from there and a TV back in the tube days. This TV was my final purchase from BB. I will never be going back or ordering from them again. Frankly with all the one star reviews on here I don't see how they stay in business.

He apologized each time he had to request a bit more information and worked with us through the entire process. They honored our claim and gave us full cost replacement. Nick helped us make the right choice for our replacement with no pressure at all. He just wanted us to choose the one that best fits our needs. We have already chosen our next mattress from them and even though it was a warranty replacement we will still have the same ten-year warranty on the new mattress. We never felt pressured when shopping there as I did with some of the other places we shopped prior to choosing Beautyrest. Our son-in-law was a third-generation owner of a mattress company before closing it due to having to move and he was the one who originally recommended we shop at Beautyrest. I knew with his recommendation that it had to be a good company, and he was right!
