Let me tell you what a wonderful delight it has been! The customer service is on point. Greeting you with a warm smile from the get go. The establishment is fabulous, has an amazing aura and vibe. They give you little cute polar bear shoes to wear while doing the procedure, which goes to show their attention to detail. I was told to pair it up with the infrared sauna. It's an amazing experience. Cold than an hour of warmness. You get to watch television while in the sauna if you desire. Thus far I've seen improvement in my sleep as well as my skin. I did the eight sessions and I'm most likely going to be doing more. It's safe to do once a day, and they explain to you all the details & benefits. As well as any concerns you may have. When I visit my family, it is normally for a week per trip, so I pop in here and purchase a week pass. Sadly they have recently gone up 60% in price from $25 to $40 for the week. Seems like a huge jump, so if I am unable to commit to every day of my visit, I no longer purchase. The gym is a great size with a great layout and mix of equipment and clearly defined areas. It is two levels with the upstairs being fully reserved for cardio equipment. There is a small space on the first floor that has cardio if stairs are on issue. Machines are in the front part of the main space, while free weights line the back mirrored walls with all varieties of benches, racks, medicine balls, ropes and circuit style accessories. Majority of the equipment and free weights are in rough shape, no pun intended. For the cable machine, most of the accessories are missing all or a portion of the grips, numbers on the weights have rubbed off and seating is worn. This continues through the gym and is noticeable on several machines and free weights/benches. Outside of weights, they do offer tanning, water massage beds, a pool, classes and a juice/protein shake bar. Service is okay. Front desk staff are never really engaging or welcoming, which is odd for a new person walking in to pay for one week what others pay for a month. Overall, I may be spoiled by my home gym, but Onelife Fitness leaves a bit to be desired.

There's plenty of equipment, and it's easy to maneuver through the facility even when it's busy. Busiest times from my experience: Weekdays after 5pm, and Saturdays before 1pm. Least busy times: Weekdays between 10am and 5pm. I like using the Cinema room for cardio because it's not crowded most of the time. It gets a little chilly in there so wearing a hoodie and waist trainer helps with staying warm and working up a good sweat. Downside: They don't offer a lot of classes and the times could be set up better to accommodate more members.

We were greeted by the owner. He was super friendly, and explained how everything worked. We watched a short video, and off to the tanks we went. Each room has its own tank and a shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. They provide ear plugs, and towels. Once inside you can choose wether or not to close the lid, keep inside lights on or off, and keep music on or off. Make sure you keep your head near the opening and feet near the back. My husband went in backwards to start and it wasn't as enjoyable. The first few minutes are a little unsettling as you are very aware of your breathing. I decided to open the lid with lights off at the beginning. Once I was comfortable I closed the lid. I put the music on for a bit and then turned it off. You definitely lose all sense of time. The music will turn off a couple of minutes before it's over. If you miss that cue, the pump will turn on and you will know. You exit your pod and shower off. After you are showered and dressed there is a little room to dry your hair, they have spray deodorant and q tips. Grab a bottle of water on the way out. I really liked this place and liked that we were supporting small business vs a chain business. We left feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Highly recommend.

I can't say…read moreenough about the polite staff and especially their cleaning crew but the rules that are posted EVERYWHERE are never enforced! No one puts any of their equipment away, no one cleans their equipment with the wipes that are provided, and you can't walk from one side of the gym to the other without being in someone's way who is filming! I've never seen any of the staff make any attempt to remedy the situations either. I am always having to unload equipment before I use it and people walk away right in front of you and say "I am done" or It's all yours" and make no attempt to clean their sweat and germs of the equipment. I travel a little bit and frequent other gyms and I've never seen the level of disrespect members have for themselves and others at the Douglasville location. I can't speak for their other locations but come on management, you guys have to have a way to approach this situation right? I am now having to purchase my own equipment ( barbell locks, cable handles, and neck pads, just to save myself the time of wandering around the gym trying to find stuff.

Obviously I was dehydrated which is why I was at hydration center. I was determined to find somewhere else to go and ironically I found DRYPZ on Yelp...I was hesitant about making the drive to Acworth. They were so friendly over the phone "I said let's go for it" and I am so happy I did. When I arrive at the location I was taken by surprise. I enter into a very cozy atmosphere with very warm and friendly people... Everyone was so welcoming it was so clean. We got my IV in and I was hydrated within an hour I felt myself not wanting to leave it was just such a nice environment with and incredible staff I can't wait to go back...

I just peaked in each of them and they were absolutely beautiful. For the bad: Young girl at the front desk was rude. Mumbled and then basically yelled at me when I didn't understand what she said. Whatever everyone has their good days and bad days but someone needs to teach this girl how to speak to customers. The attendees in the locker room were helpful and kind. However... when women were talking, they literally yelled at them like they were children... "Ladies, who am I going to have to kick out! This is a quiet area" ... the tone they took with grown women was absolutely horrific. They claimed it was because people were trying to "relax" during their treatments. The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. Like I said, I thoroughly enjoyed it but if youre looking for a quiet spa like experience, this isn't it. You must be comfortable walking around naked...it was actually quite liberating for me but may not be for everyone. I will definitely be back. Hoping this time the staff treats people with a little more respect and kindness.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍
