Once I got the invoice, it was paid within 5 days. Both Nathan and Kathy are non responsive with their communications...unanswered emails and phone messages. Nathan designed a pool addition that could not pass county planning...he designed permanent structures in an easement and setback areas, both of which the county rejected. Because of Covid related staff shortages at the Planning Department, it took 8 months vs the normal 4 months to secure the official approval. Very difficult to deal with and very dishonest. We went almost 2 weeks during th hottest time in…read morethe summer with no air conditioning, until they finally got it fixed. Seemed they were angry at us for it not working. Go figure. The house was not clean when we moved in and, although it was much much cleaner when we moved out, we were charged almost $500 for paint touch up to cocker the prepped walls. Wish we would have dealt with a different company, but we were desperate, due to limited inventory. We were good tenant clean, paid rent on time, and took great care of the house. We only called when we had to in order to avoid dealing with Les. Totally unprofessional.
