I honestly have been dreading writing this review. Especially when my goal is to promote necessary and positive change within the Territorial Sports Program (TSP), for the benefit of our kids. Although in order to do that, I believe TSP needs to take accountability for their past actions and reevaluate their processes and personnel. My recent experiences with TSP's President and a few Board Members have led me to believe there is abuse of power, conflict of interest, sharing of a child's personal information with the general public, refusal to create a safe environment relating to bullying, and removal of posts from their social media platform in order to hide their lack of action. My experience is over the course of several days, starting on September 6th, 2022. Unfortunately after writing what seems to be a book of content, I found it best to speak towards my experiences in full detail at their next Board Meeting. I invite families to attend TSP's Board Meeting that will take place in October of 2022. I was told October 11th, but please check for any revised dates. Furthermore, I am happy to share my story and all my documented communication (text messages) with the board, if you reach out to me. I would like to reiterate that my objective, especially after hearing from many families with similar experiences, is to gather, bring ideas and help make changes to a program for our kids. I believe TSP is a very necessary outlet for our kids physical and mental health, but unfortunately some board members have lost sight of that.
