Terroni is definitely a gem. Parking in this area is a total mission and the outdoor tables are definitely a bit cramped/loud being right on Beverly, but the food is definitely the highlight (the off-menu truffle pizza is a solid 10/10, you have to ask for it). If you're looking for Italian and don't mind a little weho chaos, this is a great spot.

Terroni is one of my favorite italian restaurants in LA. The pasta is always cooked perfectly and delicious and the servers are kind and attentive.

Reliable chic neighborhood Italian spot. Great pastas, pizzas, salads and entrees. Reputation for not cutting their pizzas but I'm way past that. I go to the bar for my girl dinner of Negroni, bread, carpaccio di manzo and a glass of wine. Finito.

Me and my daughter are in love with this place. The flavor or everything is so fresh so authentic and you don't feel bloated after eating all these carbs. Best pizza ever and the fresh pasta is unbelievable. It can get loud during rush hours but outdoor seating is available with heaters.

Fantastic food but unfortunately, poor service. The pasta here is delicious and a good portion size! They offer corkage as well as a pretty extensive wine list to pair with your meal. The spaghetti with seafood was packed with mussels, clams, squid, and topped with a sizable scallop. The Nutella fritters are incredible too and paired perfectly with a hazelnut ice cream. The restaurant is so quaint and cute inside. There's beautiful chandeliers and old black and white films playing on the wall. A very cool vibe. Our issue was with the service. When we arrived there was hardly anyone in the dinning room but it took nearly 10 minutes to get water. We never were sure who our water was because no one introduced themselves as such and it seemed like a hodgepodge of folks would do various tasks as part of the service. The food came out very fast, like barely got our wine the entree and bread served immediately. After the meal we had to wait another 10 minutes after sitting with the dessert menu for anyone to take our order. After finishing the meal we waited 15 min to get the check. It came to the point where we were questioning if we were supposed to pay at the front. We only got the bill because we got up and asked someone at the bar for it. It was a shame the service didn't live up to expectations because the food was very enjoyable.

This has been my favorite place to stop while I'm in LA. The food is consistent, the service is amazing, and the ambiance is unbeatable. I have been getting the same pasta (the truffle one) for years now, and never once has it been disappointing. I truly recommend this place if you haven't been before. Everyone I've taken here has always loved it. Also I tried the carbonara for the first time and it was the best carbonara I've ever had. Exceptional taste, fresh, and very unique!

What a great local Italian restaurant and bar! Friendly staff, great setting- not stuffy, and wonderful fresh food! We will be coming back!!!

Tagliatelle Rag. Awful. Watery sauce. Zero flavor .

Bottom-line: extraordinary bland, for $27 for tagliatelle Raghu, do yourself a favor and go to the grocery store , get the ingredients and make it yourself. Pathetic! Here's what 27$ gets you: Oil-slick watery Ragu with zero and I mean zero flavor . Honestly, it tasted like concentrated canned chili. I cannot believe the host recommended this above anything else. This is truly an insult!!! At the very least the pasta came out nice and hot, but where's the flavor ? This was made with zero love.

Terroni on Beverly never misses. The service is warm, attentive, and effortlessly polished, and the food is always exceptional. Every visit delivers, but the Spaghetti in Canna a Mare is unforgettable--perfectly balanced, deeply flavorful, and reason enough to return again and again. A true staple for consistently amazing Italian dining.

I've heard good things about Terroni, and I finally got to go! We parked a block away in the neighborhood (street parking only) and were one of the first customers for lunch: it started picking up by the time we finished eating. We opted for a selection of dishes, including arancini, spaghetti al limone, and pizza norcina. The arancini was my favorite: absolutely crispy, tender, and oh-so comforting with the cheese, rice, and meat ragu inside. Spaghetti al limone was creamy, yet light, with plenty of zing with the lemon and capers. The pizza norcina was beautiful with ample truffle shavings, although the amount of cream and cheese kind of overpowered the dish (and I do wish the pizza had been cut). Service was on the slow side and a bit standoffish, but we did appreciate our server bagging up and adding some of the delicious bread to-go! Prices were a bit high, but reasonable given the quality. Overall, a tasty little place that I'm glad to have tried!

How is the parking situation on the weekend (Sunday)?

What time is the happy hour?

M-F 4-6:30! Only at the bar and on the patio, though, and it does tend to fill up!

Is it easy to find a parking spot?

Pretty easy, but it depends when you go. There's plenty of metered street parking and most surrounding streets aren't permit parking, but weekend nights can be tough.

    Gluten free options?

Yes! A whole separate menu that you can request to view. No GF pizza, but YES gluten free pasta options and much more.

Cocktails are slightly limited as it is not a full bar, but they do have options. The frozen Spritz was very flavorful, more fruit forward and would be perfect in a hot day. The Nonna's Medicine had a nice complexity to it with the flavors peeking their heads out at different times through the process. For food we started with the crudo, mussels and grilled oysters. The crudo was very fresh and had a lot going on with it's simplicity. Just a great bite. The mussels were decent but really didn't stand out in any way. The grilled oysters, however, had flavor and texture, with a Parmesan crust on top and the oyster and juice underneath. Very good! For pizza, they are almost like little personal focaccia pizzas, cut into four slices. We tried the mushroom, pepperoni and white pizzas. The mushroom has a garlic cream sauce and herb mix with Parmesan. You definitely get the mushrooms, as they are ample, but they do not over power the pizza. Just a good blend of flavors in each bite. The white comes with Japanese potato, fennel, mozzarella and pesto. Another really great bite with the potatoes not overpowering everything else. Finally, the pepperoni with spicy honey. The spicy honey is more like spicy marinara honey sauce, but it works. Could have used more of that as it came on the side. The pizza itself, with mozzarella and pecorino tasted great. Maybe that focaccia is the move? Overall, De La Nonna did not disappoint. Everything was very nice, and sitting on the patio when the weather is perfect is always a move. I would say to skip the mussels but, everything else, give it a try!

Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! They do have an inexpensive three wine flight, for reference!

Nice name, but when I see menus of any cuisine that go out of their way to offer vegan and gluten free versions of everything, it tends to put me off. I know that's an unfair prejudice, but I always assume it's more of a healthy food place for people who complain about regular food than a real tasty joint. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Now that I've tried their fantastic pizza, my only sadness is that they are located in DTLA, where finding parking even to run in and pick up things to go is always difficult. So, we were here at first not for the food but because my teen son's death metal band, Institutionalized, was playing a show with the very popular super cool local metal band Diabology. But, hey, if you're there might as well grab something before you leave, right? So We got a cheese pie, which was excellent. Also tried a slice of their white pie, which was garlicky goodness. What really sold us, though, was the Sicilian pie we got. As born and bred New Yorker transplants who have been here a long time, we have never found a fantastic Sicilian. Good, sure, but never great. The pies are never thick enough as far as the breading. Here it was as close as we've ever got. And like the other pizza, the taste was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the cashier who helped me, Melissa, was so apologetic and sweet (obviously wasn't her fault), but this is just another warning to anyone who is vegan and considers coming here. I also came when they were about to close and already had to wait like 15min longer than they said so there's not even anything else open this late for me to find other food. Very disappointing and I will not be coming back for good this time. If I could give separate stars for customer service, I would give them 5 stars but this was unacceptable on the cook's part.
