However part of my agreement with them was that they were to help get the issue sealed/expunged, but they have continually blown me off and ghosted me. (It's been almost three months) I paid in full, upfront, and it's like "F you, I got paid" I almost wonder if they would have treated me better if they had to chase me for money. Anyway, they are good attorneys for your problems, just don't expect them to be communicative or to be human in any way. A couple weeks later, the law firm dropped my case and I had to get a public defender within 2 days of the court date just because I was under the impression the bank was taking care of the matter but they assumed I was "playing games." I hired them to avoid going to jail for something I didn't do, but ended up going to jail for 30 days. After I got released, the bank finally released the payment of $2000 to them and the law firm took all of it. They said it took that long to go my discovery documents. I even offered to give them up to $800 for their time. And then he has the nerve to get nippy with me on the phone when I was trying to explain exactly what happened. Zack is only looking out for his pocket. Do not hire. They don't have your back.
