When I arrived at the cemetery prior to the service and went to see what the arrangement looked like, I was stunned. The arrangement was beautiful and certainly exceeded my expectations. I was so happy with the quality and quantity of flowers and it was such a great value compared to the online offerings of other florists servicing that area. The only thing that would have made it better would have been for my friend to be here to see them because they were her favorite flowers and favorite color. I will definitely use Kay's Designs Flowers and Gifts for any future floral needs in that area.

It was my aunt's birthday and I wanted to brighten her day. Heather answered the phone and was pleasant from the moment she answered. I had many questions - she was patient with me and she happily answered them all. Heather explained that I could purchase a floral arrangement through their website, but I really didn't have time to browse so she took pictures of the arrangements they had in-shop and texted them to me within minutes.
