The layout, unlike many other supermarkets, seems to make sense, plus the stock doesn't all move around every week, like in some supermarkets. The car park is not massive and there's often a queue to park. But don't let this put you off, as you don't wait long. This is the only fault I have. Staff are always willing to show you where items are, and will happily help when asked.

The store has a fiar size fruit and veg section which is very good in price and certainly knocks spots off the competatiors. One negative I found was lack of staff on the shop floor as I came across a few items that were not priced and did not want to wait to the till point before asking. The staff at the till are friendly and helpful.

It's light, clean, airy, always well stocked and the staff are friendly. My Waitrose card and I often visit for the daily free hot drink. There are several machines around the shop or you can take advantage of the freebie in the cafe at the rear of the store. There's even a trolly park, like a grocery creche, to mind your items while you're supping a well deserved peppermint tea. Nothing can replace the beloved Regal Cinema that was bulldozed to make way for it but the sadness alleviates with every free tea.

The store is in the town centre but the back entrance is near to Morrisons car park which is very big. They have some excellent deals on food not only frozen but beer and spirits as well. The store is very clean and the staff are helpful although it can get busy on Friday evenings and Saturdays as it is very popular.
