Pros: employees are friendly, prices are good, buying process is smooth, if you spot a minor trim issue or similar on the car they can usually fix it on the spot before you buy it, direct-from-Tesla used comes with an extra year warranty Cons: cars are pretty dirty especially inside, carpool lane stickers were hastily removed leaving adhesive residue on my bumpers, substantial cosmetic wheel damage was hidden under aero covers, had to take the car in a couple times for warranty fixes shortly after purchase, previous lessee's documents were left in glove box Overall a good car buying experience especially compared to your average used car purchase experience in LA. EXCELLENT! I found a used Tesla I liked on the official Tesla website, message through the site to see it, got a message from Kevin within 45 minutes that I could come in the same day and look at it. I let them know I was on the way and when I pulled up they had it outside waiting for me. I was able to look over the Tesla thoroughly. I also wanted to see two other used Tesla's and they were brought over to me with 3 of them lined up and open. One sold within 5 minutes of it being pulled up, Kevin let me know right away, which I appreciated. I was able to test drive by myself, there was no hassle, everyone I encountered smiled or greeted me in some way. It was 1pm and I really wanted to take the car home that same day and Kevin was able to work with the delivery crew to get that done. My car was ready at 3pm and Kevin called me as soon as it was ready. The process was genuinely seamless from the start to finish. After going to smaller dealers I was angry and frustrated with the car buying process. This Tesla dealership's customer service was fantastic. read more

On a whim, my husband said, "Wanna upgrade your Model 3? Let's go to the Tesla Center." When I bought my Tesla in 2022, you couldn't just walk onto the lot and browse new or used inventory. The process feels much more accessible now. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and told them we wanted to check out what was available on the lot. They had us sit at one of the tables with a computer to view the inventory, and once we selected a car we were interested in, the sales rep immediately went and drove it up for us to see in person. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with that particular vehicle, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and low-pressure. Just purchased our Tesla here and it was an interesting experience. Having bought a few cars from car dealerships before, this was not the same...and I kind of like it. We were in the market for a Tesla and saw that they sell their inventory online. Apply your filters and you'll see what they have in their lot whether new or used. You can show up to the dealership and inspect the car. If it's used, they make some guarantees to make sure that it's in good mechanical condition. There might also be minor imperfections on the car. But what basically happens is that the prices lowers every day until someone decides it's low enough to purchase it. Axel was our rep that helped us choose a car and answered tons of questions. After about a week of getting things lined up, we walked away with a new car. No haggling, no negotiation. Pretty much everyone was helpful with everything we needed to get the deal done. At best the people who work here are idiots at worst they are liabilities. I don't say this lightly or am trying to complain about minor issues. I bought a 23 model y performance 5/1/26. The very next day after delivery a few maintenance recommendations popped up. When I went to address said issues they literally told me the car did not need a tire rotation as it was inspected before delivery. They said if I wanted one I would have to pay out of pocket and the tires were brand new and up to Tesla pre- owned standards. To keep this short they straight up LIED!!!!!!!! The reason I say this is because I went to Tesla of Sherman oaks and they replaced all 4 WHEELS AND TIRES BECAUSE THE RIMS WERE FOUND TO BE BENT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. Not only is this dangerous but just lazy on the store as well, Do not go here do not give them your money or time, if they did this to a CPO that they swear but I can only imagine what they are ignoring on new cars read more

This Tesla dealership is truly a sell it and forget it type of deal. Managers are "unavailable"when requested. We asked for business cards cause we knew the service rep wouldn't be able to address our issue. His response, we don't carry business cards. Only come to this location if they're the only ones that have a particular Tesla you want. Other than that, avoid this place. read more

Picked out a car online and just went for it after searching for a while. Decided to pick it up at this location. The staff here were beyond helpful. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Mo, such a sweet and helpful lady. The car that I picked out had more damage than I had originally saw on the pictures. It's really hard to see it on the pictures so keep that in mind if you are looking to buy. If possible, ask them if they have it on the lot first before you purchase so that you can take a look at it in person before purchasing. Bobby was extremely kind and helpful and brought out the delivery manager to see what can be done about it. Leslie came out and examined the damage and said it is to their spec (unfortunately for me), but did offer to take the car back in for a polish to remove a weird spot what looks like overspray. During this time, Mo had checked up on me a few times by now and made sure the experience is smooth. We had great conversations. Once the spot was polished off, Leslie came back and helped me until the end. I had requested to view a different car that I had my eye on just to compare and Leslie made that happen, even though I said that I would accept this current one. In the end, I accepted the original car and Leslie gave me great helpful tips and congratulated me on my purchase. Overall, it took longer than expected, going in knowing how the process would be, but that is because of my situation and not the fault of the staff, who were all very kind and beyond helpful. I've been to the Norwalk Tesla location twice, and both times the experience was disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all and far from professional. I wasn't asking anything complicated--just general questions--but their only response was basically "we can't." There was no effort or willingness to help. I've been a Tesla customer since 2021 and have owned three Tesla vehicles, so I know the brand well and what the customer experience should look like. Honestly, if I started working there today, I feel like I could answer questions better and provide better customer service than the people I interacted with. It almost felt like they were trying not to sell cars, which is the exact opposite of what you'd expect when you walk into a dealership ready to buy. read more

Ordered a new Tesla for pickup about a month ago. The car had dents and scratches I wanted buffed out before signing my documents. After noticing this, I asked for them to buff out the scratches. The salesman sent the car back to the shop and buffed out one scratch, then sent the car back out for review. I then repeated myself like "hey you missed several spots can we get that cleaned up." He then sent this white guy out who I think was a supervisor who wasn't even in professional attire and the guy told me "look I'm not going to keep sending the car back and forth as your buying a used vehicle you should expect them to come with scratches." Which I thought was extremely unprofessional as I am the consumer and he never even introduced himself also the guy had a very condescending tone. Which I didn't like at all, the staff there needs to be trained on proper customer service especially towards your buyers. They then made me sign some fraud protection form which the salesperson said he has never seen before but, I believe this extra step was due to me being of black ethnicity. My overall experience wasn't pleasant as I make over 200k annually to be treated that way was not good. I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated for my business. read more
