Wanting a sweet snack for the long journey ahead, we stopped in to purchase a couple of treats to take with us. I opted for a classic apple strudel and hubby got a honey jam filled donut. Both of these baked goods were fresh and flaky and absolutely delicious. The strudel was loaded with spicy cinnamon and crispy apples and was fantastic, even cold. The donut had a tasty filling that wasn't overstuffed, and the jam had a homemade taste and look to it. It was easy and quick to pick up our to-go items. Efficient and friendly (by Austrian standards) service and a great place to pick up a quality bakery item for a snack or dessert. The people in the seats across from us on the train were jealous of our snacks.
