Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes. If you are in need of a tree removed, or maybe pruning of your trees, Charlie & his crew are the ones you want doing the job! I promise they will not let you down in service or politeness. The end result is nothing short of incredible and more than met my expectations! I first saw a recommendation for Arbor Pro on a local social media website. We touched base by email and Jason placed me on his wait list. He asked about our needs and expectations and we shared information about each other's love of plants. At that time, Jason was a one man team with a long list of waiting customers and we were willing to wait for a certified arborist - they are hard to find in the southern corridor - and two months later we were excited to hear from Jason and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Our quote for 5 mature (28 yr. old) native Texas trees and 2 overgrown heirloom rose bushes all to be trimmed was very reasonable and it took them all day. Considering how cold it was, I was impressed with their endurance. They moved everything off of the patio and raked the yard, picking up every little branch. They used a blower to make sure the patio, driveway, and all surfaces were cleared of sawdust and any debris. I asked for firewood from my ash and oak and ended up with it cut and stacked in the ring. The rose bushes were perfectly trimmed! I wouldn't have thought a tree service would know what to do with my heirlooms; but the old dead canes were all removed, the wind damaged ones gone and symmetry restored. Jason also let me know that an Emerald Ash Borer is attacking and killing Texas Ash trees. He treated my trees pre-emptively and advised me to continue to do so annually. Our yard has balance and beauty again. We've never had such thorough service. I highly recommend Jason Junier, Certified Arborist, and Arbor Pro for your tree care. They were a mess but after Jason got a hold of them not only can I see my street it opened up my yard allowing more sun so that I can hopefully grow grass where I couldn't before. I love this shop. I'm a female and whenever I have to take anything to a mechanic, I worry about…read morebeing taken for a ride! I have taken my John Deer to them a few times to fix over the past two years. I'm rough with it, LOL. They have been great to me each time and not over charged me at all. Honest shop, honest workers there. Yeah, there VERY busy. Turn around can take a while sometimes. BUT, I have owned a lawn care business for 7 years & I've noticed it's that way at ALL small engine shops in the Spring. WHY? Because everyone needs their stuff ASAP, after it's sat all winter long. (WHY? Cause we can only make money in spring and summer when grass is growing! If equipment's in the shop, we loose money.) So, in Spring, ALL small engine shops are Nutz busy. My mower is there right now. When I called to check about it's deck having problems, the belt, pulleys & the engine was smoking a bit, they only charged me for the parts to fix the deck bolt & the belt, plus an hour labor. They told me that the pulley weren't bent & that the smoking thing was just an exhaust issue. Don't worry about it. They could have replaced the pulleys needlessly & told me anything about the engine smoke and charged me for nothing, saying they fixed it. I would have believed them. I would take my Zero turn to them with confidence. Love this shop! (Oh Btw, I have a house in Corsicana Tx and in Hobbs N.M, so I'm from both)
