The employee had piled us in so close together that they were not able to stop the belt until 4 cars had been involved in the pile up. We were the third of four cars and hit the car in front of us 3 times. We were covered in soap and could not see what was happening. When they finally stopped the belt the employee went to his manager. He asked us all to drive out of the car wash to assess the damage and gather information. To make matters worse, they told us we would have to go through the carwash again to wash off the soap or there would be damage to our vehicle. Going back through was the last thing I wanted to do. Today (four days later) we received a call from corporate stating it wasn't the car wash's fault and we would need to file a police report and go through our insurance. I am not sure how this can be our fault as we were inside the car wash in nuetral, covered in soap with zero visibility when the pile up occurred.

It feels like management is no longer maintaining the property the way they used to. The vacuums are frequently broken or simply don't work at all, which is frustrating when you're paying for a full car wash experience (pass). On multiple visits I've had to try several stalls just to find one that actually works. Another concern is the smell coming from the water during the wash cycle. Recently it has had a moldy or musty odor, which makes me question how well the equipment and water systems are being maintained.

We went in person, and the teller assured us the membership was "canceled." Turns out, it wasn't. Fast‑forward three months, and we discover we've still been getting charged. Yes, we should've caught it sooner, but it should've been canceled correctly in the first place. We emailed asking for cancellation and a refund, only to be told we needed to call. When we called, the "lines were busy," and we had to wait for a callback. After finally speaking with someone, we were told they won't refund the charges because the card on file was no longer active, something completely unrelated to the fact that the cancellation was never processed

The wash did a really good job with all the bugs that were stuck to the hood/front of my car. The quality for the value is amazing and the additional amenities available to customers was something I've never seen before. At the vacuum station they had a wide head and thin head vacuum, an air compressor, cleaning spray, and reusable microfiber towels at your disposal. The towels smelled really good and they were slightly wet, which helped wipe up any residual dirt around the car. Overall, great experience. I know Tagg-N-Go is a chain, I can't speak for the other locations, but I would definitely recommend and revisit this location.

Since I was able to go multiple times a week, it was more than worth the price, even with the most expensive package. I only have one small complaint. I decided to sell my car and tried to cancel my membership five times--once over the phone, once online, and three times in person. Every time I was assured that my membership would be cancelled and it wasn't. Luckily, my car took awhile to sell, so I was able to still use the member ship, but it was unfortunate that the process was so difficult. They ended up spelling my name wrong when they took down my email even though I spelled it out every time they asked. They were always kind and tried to be helpful, which I appreciated. Just a few instances of miscommunication strung together. ‍
